The pain and sores didn't go away. They didn't get worse, but they were this content thorn in her side.

Anora didn't know what to do. At least it's summer, she thought to herself one day, as she hobbled around and tried not to focus on the pain. I can handle this, she told herself. This is okay. Unfortunately, more was to come.

Nora was standing on a cliff, high over the ground. The sky was a strange purple - blue, with wispy silver clouds blowing by. The breeze was warm on her cheeks, perfumed with some flower. The land below her was equally strange. The grass was green as usual, but the trees were an odd mix of silver and gold, glowing faintly in the twilight. The birds were like nothing she had ever seen, in vibrant colors, with long flowing plumes, and uttering strange shrieking cries. Suddenly a voice from behind her cried " You must wake, Enchantress, before the dark king finds you! Wake! Wake!"

Nora jolted up in bed, heart pounding, and remembered the beautiful, errie landscape. It had seemed strangly familiar, which was odd, as it clearly hadn't been real.

She got up and went about her day as normal, completely forgeting the dream, and didn't think of the strange man she had seen across the street, dressed all in black.

That night, Nora had another strangly familiar dream, more vivid then the last.

This time, the world was dark and cold, she could barely see anything. The world around her was forboding, and felt like eyes were watching her. Nora was rather scared. Then the cold wind blew silver clouds away in a sudden gust, revealing a bright blanket of stars, and a big bright moon. The said moon cast silver beams of light onto the white landscape of snow and ice, glistening on the strange black frost covered trees. The land was still and silent as a grave, but produced a sense of peace that calmed her and made the darkness a comfort instead of something to fear. A voice came to her once more, this time saying "Go forth Enchantress, and choose a side, light or dark, for you shall be the one that will preserve what you see before you, or destroy it."

Anora once again jolted awake, this time in the middle of the night after another strange dream. Something shining caught her eye and she looked over to see the crystal necklace glinting innocently in the moonlight.
