A great secret revealed 1/3

There were screams all over as people were trying to get away.  No one was stopping because they grew more increasingly terrified of the three ancestral witches who were beginning to reck havoc inside the castle.

"Mom, dad!" An eight year old Y/n screamed as she looked around the castle but it was no use there were dozens of people running around trying to get to safety.

"Darwin..where are you!!" she screamed in panic as she kept getting lost. "Mommy..! Daddy! Monica!" She yelled out as she kept looking around for them.

A chill went down Y/n's spin as laughter filled the room. She froze and turned to see the three elder witches behind her. She tried to run but one of them reach out for her.

The witch had grabbed onto Y/n's puff and lifted her up to them. The three all stared down at her. The witch who held onto Y/n's hair had short white hair and two long strands in the front she was better known as belladonna.

Belladonna began to laugh and squeezed Y/n's puff more, Y/n started to cry as she got more terrified by the witches.

"We found her! We finally found what we were looking for sisters." The witch with long wavy hair said with absolute certainty in her tone, this witch was known as Liliss.

Belladonna tightened her grip on Y/n's hair and her cries filled the hall as people continued to flee the scene out of terror.

The witch with dark purple curls laughed, she was better known as Tharmas. "Now that we have our precious dragon we can give her to our master!"

Y/n got more terrified as she realized no one might help her, her parents and Monica were nowhere to be found and her brother was possibly somewhere in the sea of people.

Belladonna tightened her grip on the girls hair as she got increasingly annoyed with Y/n cries. "Shut up you brat!" Belladonna yelled at her and points her other hand straight towards Y/n's face.

"Or I'll make you—AHHHH!!"  Y/n glowed a bright light and a dragon began to attack the witches, Belladonna hissed and threw her to the ground. Y/n ended up hitting her head and she groaned in pain as her vision started to darken.

Y/n stopped glowing and remained unconscious, shortly after the dragon returned back to her. "Why you—how dare you!!" Tharmas yells and the three witches put all their focus on the unconscious Y/n after yell from Tharmas yell.

Those are the canon names of the witches for anyone who didn't know because I sure didn't. If they mentioned it in the show or movies I must have forgotten.

I woke up and my heart kept beating out of my chest. I quickly tried to take deep breaths to calm me down but it didn't work. I wiggled around my hands and continued to take deep breaths.

My bedroom door opened "hey y/n Monica made breakfast—are you okay?" My brother Darwin came to my side and looked at me worryingly.

"Ah—it's just a bad dream again.." I muttered and he frowned, my mind kept wandering off to that day. It was the most scariest moment of my entire life.

"...Monica made our favorite" He said and I realized he was trying to get me to focus on something else but that dream.

I slowly nodded and he smiled "..hey, you wanna check up on blaze with me before we head to breakfast?" I looked up at him curiously as I felt my nerves finally settling down. "Blaze finished upgrading?"

He nodded "yeah,  I don't know what happened but after that entire cloning technique he used while in your simulation test made him short circuit. That would explain the entire him not charging thing back at Alfea."

"Hey y/n hasn't Blaze been charging for a while now, shouldn't he be fully charged by now?" Flora asked worryingly as she squats down to Blaze in his charging space.

I stopped packing my bags for vacation and went over to the two. "Don't worry Flora, Blaze usually does this whenever he needs in need of an system upgrade or at least that's what Darwin usually says."

Flora took out the charging outlet and then wrapped it for me, I grabbed Blaze and Flora handed me the charging outlet.

"Thanks flora.." I smiled at her and she smiled back, she turned to Blaze and pets his head. "Hopefully he gets updated soon, it's been lonely without him."

"So is he fully upgraded?" I asked curiously as we went downstairs and towards the fireplace. Darwin pressed down on one of the bricks "yeah, he's fully upgraded but there's a problem.." I raised an eyebrow and the fireplace turned around and we were in Darwin's lab.

I paused as I saw Blaze flying around the lab breathing fire. "Darwin what did you do to my baby, why is he flying!" I yelled at him and he sighed  "you know how Blaze gets after his upgrades. He's just hyper right now—wait you're concerned about him flying and not him being hyper" Darwin raised an eyebrow and I sighed "I'm not dumb, I knew Blaze was going to be hyper"

Darwin hummed in response "guess so..we'll his flight is just one of the abilities I have given to him." I looked at Blaze who was making things float around Darwin's lab.

"One? How many abilities did you give him now?" I asked curiously and Darwin went over to his desk and grabbed a journal, it's title named blaze.

He opened the book and flipped through a few pages  before landing on the right page. "Blaze has five abilities. Laser eyes, flight, cloning, telekinesis and arm stretching. I had added flight and telekinesis after his upgrade."

Blazes arm outstretched to us and wrapped around us.
He pulled his body to us and hugged us both. Blaze meowed and looked up at us.

"He's much more energetic" I smiled and scratched behind Blazes ear he seemed to enjoy it and tried to get closer to my touch.

Darwin nudged my shoulder and smiled "come on we've kept Monica waiting for long enough." I nodded and Blaze happily went in my arms.
