I woke up and saw I was in my old room in domino. I was confused and looked around but there was no one there. I went downstairs and saw my parents, I began to tear up at the sight of them but froze when I saw Darwin but he was a kid talking happily to them.

Then child me ran past me and to my parents. I felt myself grow more confused but one thing was for sure, I was in the past. I looked at my hands and they looked transparent. I looked closer at younger Darwin and he looked around six years old. I came closer to my parents and waved my hands in front of their faces but nothing, they didn't react.

"Mama! Mama look" a six year old me said as she ran to my parents. Mini me had picked a beautiful flower and my mother smiled and lets mini me place it in her hair.

"It's beautiful dear, are you and your brother ready to leave?" My mother asked and mini Darwin and me nodded in excitement. "Yeah, picnic times are the best!" Six year old Darwin said and six year old me smiled more.

"Oh wait, papi, here" mini me handed my father the same flower and he smiled. He ruffled mini me's hair and puts it on his sweater vest. "You'll be the prettiest man in the ball" my father laughed "I sure will, now let's get to our picnic before me and mama have to get back to work" the four of them began to leave and I followed them.

I followed them outside and noticed it was the afternoon, we had picnics before but I never remembered us all going out in the afternoon, but we normally went out in the morning when the kingdom usually was asleep.

I decided to follow them since whatever reason I was here it had to do with them—well past events.

just so no one is confused I will be using mini to refer to younger y/n in this chapter, just mini. It is so there will be no confusion when reading or for me when I'm writing this.

I followed them and saw us going to the big oak tree, it was usually where we had our picnics and was located in the forest.

I furrowed my eyebrows and leaned on the tree as I watched my parents set up the blanket. I looked towards mini and Darwin and saw them playing around with a ball.

Mini accidentally kicked me the ball too far and Darwin looked at her annoyed. "Come on Y/n, why would you kick it so far again.." he hugged and mini sighed in frustration "I didn't mean too." Darwin rolled his eyes clearly annoyed "whatever, but your getting it this time."

Mini sighed and ran towards where the ball disappeared in the forest, I followed close behind her and kept seeing how she was looking around for the ball but it was nowhere to be found.

It felt like hours went by but in reality it was only a few minutes, Mini kept walking around looking for the same ball. Mini looked like she was ready to give up but saw a glimpse of red nearby and she ran to it without thinking.

"For the love of stars.." I ran after her and gasped in horror as I saw mini climbing a hanging tree over a huge waterfall. I became more horrified as I saw mini reaching out for the ball.

Mini was reaching out for the ball and she accidentally slipped. She screamed and quickly tried to grab the branches but she missed and fell into the waterfall.

Time seems to pause as I watched mini struggle against the water currents. "Mama, Papi!!" she cried out panic clearly overwhelming her, the waves began to overpower her and sent her underneath them.

I began to panic myself and ran off to the big oak tree where the rest of my family were setting up but when I got there they were no where to be seen.
