I sighed as me and Darwin kept walking together through the forest. That morning I woke up earlier than usual and texted Darwin if he was down for a small walk in Alefa's forest. He was up too surprisingly since Darwin's an incredibly deep sleeper.

"I can't believe that book didn't work though." I said in mild irritation. Darwin sighed in frustration but said nothing.

We heard rustling through the bushes and stop. We both look at each other and speed up more quicker in our walk. Then we heard the same rustling noise again. We were definitely being followed.

"Who's there." Darwin said mildly annoyed and on guard. A girl with short red hair poked her head out from behind a tree.

We stare at her confused "are you lost?" I asked and Darwin jabbed my side. "The better question is who are you and why are you following us."

"I'm Merida" the red hair girl said and we stare at her, usually you'd introduce yourself to the other person but in this instance it was hard to tell if we should.

"My names y/n" Darwin gave me a seriously look. I shrugged since I felt awkward to just stand in front of Merida and blankly staring at her.

"I know—I know both of you" Merida said quickly and Darwin furrowed his eyes brows but said nothing. "I've been looking for you both. There's something very important you need to know. The trix tricked you!" She said worryingly and I raised an eyebrow.

"The trix?"

Darwin seemed just as confused as me, Merida noticed our confused faces and explained to us the trix's plan.

"..okay, so the trixs plan might have worked if the book didn't shock us" Darwin said slowly after Merida finished her explanation of the trixs plan.

"That's true..but I can't say I'm not curious to know what they had planned." I said and Darwin looked unamused by my words.

"I see you got company." The three of us turn our heads up and see the trix flying just above us. "It's the little witch who transforms emotions into images. Well aren't you three just cute" icy said the last part sarcastically.

"Now let's speed up this process shall we" icy said almost emotionless as she threw ice shards
towards us, I held my hands out and melted the ones coming towards me. Darwin grabbed Meridas waist and pulled her in, he summoned a shield with his watch and protected them both.

Icy glared at us and was ready to do another attack when Stella's force rang out "that's enough you big bully, let's have a fair fight." I blinked in surprise as the girls (Winx) seemingly came out of nowhere.

Stormy summoned a tornado and it went straight towards the girls but they don't move until the last second. "Save your energy sis." Darcy's eyes turned purple for a second and then the girls disappeared.

"Trying to pull the clean up black magic with pathetic illusionary effects, pathetic trick from a bad witch." Darcy said smugly, I turn to look at Merida and realized she might have been the cause for the girls suddenly appearing.

" it's payback time little Merida and it's gonna hurt." Icy said smugly and Merida hides behind Darwin who continues to shield her.

Icy summons a ice prism, to surround us, I put my hands out and try to melt the ice away, it was working but the ice continued to try and spread, trying to slowly weaken us and trap us inside.

"It keeps spreading!" I said particularly annoyed, we couldn't see or hear anything from outside but this prism sure took a lot of your energy because of the cold.

Then it got hotter and hotter and started to melt. We look up and saw it was the girls, again. "Merida is that your doing again?" Darwin asked but Merida shook her head, these girls were the real deals.

Icy groaned in disbelief and Stormy looked over at her "chill out sister, I'll settle this for you in a minute." Stormy flew up to the girls and I aim my hand at her and summon a fireball. It hit her straight in the back and she yelled in surprise and fell to the ground.

A purple lighting attack hit me out of nowhere and I yelled in surprise. "Y/n!!" Darwin yelled in surprise. Stormy got up again and slowly summoned two tornadoes and made them head to the girls. They screamed in terror as they got surrounded by the tornadoes.

Darwin ran to my side and shielded me from any ice attacks icy made while I was down. The trix began to laugh and merdia glared at them, a huge monster appeared and growled at them. The trix got startled and the spells disappeared.

"She broke my concentration!" Stormy said panicked. "This is it Merida I had it with you! You're a pain in the neck. You're a bothersome little... an—ugh! bothersome little..pumpkin?" Icy noticed the pumpkin pin on Meridas shirt and smirked.

Icy aimed a spell at merdia, Darwin tried to reach her and shield her but it was too late, Merida got turned into a pumpkin.

I stare at Meridas pumpkin figure in disbelief. My body seemed to move on its own and a huge burst of fire appeared and blasted the trixs away.

Everyone was blasted away a bit due to the impact. I was shocked by it myself since I didn't know my attacks could do that much impact. I stood up slowly, still dazed by the attack. "Y/n!" Flora ran to me and hugged me, I stumbled but hugged her back.

"We're so glad you're okay." Musa said with a small smile and Tecna nodded in agreement. "Who's this pumpkin?" Stella asked as she picked up the pumpkin.

"Thats merdia. The red hair witch who helped us." Darwin answered and Stella was surprised. Flora moved to the pumpkin and placed her hands on it. "It's black magic.." it was silent between us, black magic was typically harder to break, it wasn't impossible but it took time.
