BELLAS PARTY BEGAN and Emmett was waiting for Nayeli to show up. He knew she and Bella weren't best of friends but she couldn't resist free food. When she didn't he was disappointed and began to question if their relationship was now at an end. Emmett threw a smile on his face and carried on with the little party that Alice worked hard on it.

"present time!"Alice squealed handing Bella a gift eagerly"this is from rose"

"it's a necklace Alice picked it out"Rosalie told Bella with lack of emotion in her face"

"dating an older woman, hot"Emmett passed a comment to Edward who keeps his stoic expression"what?"

"this one's from Emmett"Alice happily gives Bella her second gift she shakes and looks at him as it was empty

"already installed it in your truck, finally a nice sound system for that piece of —"

"don't hate the truck"Bella joked Emmett smiled at her"who's this from?"Bella asks as she holds a gift bag in her hands"

"Nayeli"Rosalie tells her Bella gives a half smile as she pulls the tissue paper out of the bag

Inside was a gift card for a book store Bella smile as she also read the little card Nayeli had handwritten. Alice handed her another gift bag this one was much bigger.

"Nayeli got you two gifts"Rosalie tells her"she thought the gift card was cliche"

Bella smiled happily seeing the collection of Jane Austen books"wow she went all out, I have to thank her in person"

"open Esme and Carlisle's"Alice eagerly put the small wrapped box in Bella's hands as she opened it she had given herself a paper cut

Before anyone could process her small cut she was pushed into the wall by Edward. Emmett grabbed Jasper but the blonde slipped from his hands he was to eager to get to Bella. Emmett actually thanked god that Nayeli wasn't here in that moment. When the situation died down everyone just looked at Bella as her arm was leaking blood from the push Edward gave her.
