NAYELI GOT INTO HER CAR and drove home she arrived at the same time Lauren and her father did. She gave them a slight nod before she left off to her room. Bella called her a few minutes later telling her about her mom meeting Edward for the first time.
"so she likes him?" Nayeli asked curiously
"yeah she's nicer to him than Charlie is"Nayeli hummed"and you no offense"
Nayeli let out a low laugh"no offense taken"
"hey do you know what Alice saw at lunch the other day?"
"oh yeah Victoria was coming here didn't Edward tell you?"Nayeli asked truly curious
"I knew it"Bella nearly yelled into the phone"that's why he was eager for me to see my mom"
"woah pause he didn't tell you anything?"
"no, Nellie I'll call you later okay"Nayeli hummed and hung up the phone
Nayeli wondered why Edward didn't tell Bella about Victoria coming to town but then again Edward is the type to keep things from her and go over to the top protect her for example pulling out her starter to her truck so she didn't go to the reservation.
"you busy?"Emmett poked his head in her room
"no I'm not"She sat up straight on her bed Emmett walked in and sat at her desk spinning in the chair
"Rosalie told me I have no right to be mad at you"Nayeli raised her eyebrow and hummed slowly unsure where this was going

"and she's right at that time I was gone you were free to be with whoever you wanted to, I guess I was upset that you had moved on from me it was stupid of me to expect you to hold on and wait for me"
"it was stupid of you to think that to me your feelings are valid because technically we weren't broken up you never said those words"She threw out a lighthearted joke"you don't have to worry about Paul and I he imprinted on Jacob's sister so we're not hooking up with one another"
