The ride back to the palace was quiet, both of them retreating to the awkward silence. Tengku Qayyum kept his mouth sealed tight. Maisarah who was on the opposite end of the seat just let it be. If she felt like talking, she would. Her only mistake was her refusing to admit her fault by apologizing first. Besides, it's not like she was doing anything with Iskandar. They were only talking about their past.

But somehow she couldn't help glancing ever so often to her husband who had his eyes on the view outside the window. Could he possible disappointed in her? I mean, they were only married for four days and she had already caused trouble by meeting up with Iskandar.

She realized that the incident might spread around, especially the news. Who didn't recognize the Crown Princess Maisarah Az-Zahra? Adding to it that she was now the wife of the Crown Prince Tengku Qayyum Afkari Falah. The sole heir to Vhagar. With his face on the news, the citizens would go nuts about it.

Just as they arrived at the palace, Maisarah bolted out the car before an attendant could open the door for her. Leaving him flailing all alone. Tengku Qayyum who was still inside the car only looked quietly as her back disappeared inside the palace. He didn't know what he should feel after seeing his wife sitting with Iskandar. Wasn't Maisarah going to forget about that guy?

Tengku Qayyum sighed deeply. Stepping out of the car when the door was opened from outside. He headed straight to the entrace of the palace. He has to fix this problem that Maisarah had created. He hated it if it they fought because of this.

Eventhough, Maisarah clearly let him down, Tengku Qayyum had to put that aside so they could talk things through.
King Hakam was already in the living room when Tengku Qayyum had walked quickly up the stairs. He saw his daughter in-law just before that. Hurm. Supposedly, he's already started to win her over right about now. King Hakam shaked his head at this newly wedded couple's shenanigans.

As long as it doesn't involve the whole family, then it should be fine.

Maisarah pushed opened the door to their bedroom harshly. Throwing her purse on the bed just like that, standing by the foot of the bed. Hands crossed over her chest, breathing rapidly. Maisarah didn't know why she was becoming so emotional. Was it because Tengku Qayyum found out about her meeting with Iskandar or how she was so annoyed with Iskandar?

"Arghhh!" screamed Maisarah all of a sudden. Her fair skin turning red from anger. Brushing her hair back before slowly letting her body sit on the bed. Bending down, placing her head in both her arms, rubbing her temples. She didn't understand what was wrong with her.

She felt like letting go. Wanting to just scream her heads off. The pressure she place onto herself had made her act like she was losing her mind.

"Maisarah."

Tengku Qayyum's voice bringing her back to reality. The man locked the door so they wouldn't be disturbed. He came close to his wife; his eyes held a thousand emotions yet the only feeling he had now was bubbling in his chest. The flame that ignited inside him before, immediately washed out when he saw Maisarah's dishevel state. Hie eyes moving about, taking in her body language.

And what he did understand was that...Maisarah needed someone to calm her down.

"Mai...," Tengku Qayyum cautiously stepped closer. Letting his knees touched the ground. Kneeling in front of Maisarah to have a look at his wife who was battling with her own emotions. He knew his wife still had lingering feeling with Iskandar then what could he do?

He refused to let her go.

Tengku Qayyum dropped his gaze. His eyebrows furrowing, his jaw seeming to work. As if he had something to say but was held back.
