Jessica Pov: {The Next Day}
I wake up and decide that I should call Jack. "Good morning beautiful." "Hi, Jack. I found out about what you've been doing..." "What do you mean?" Wow what a jerk. "I know your cheating on me. I'm breaking up with you. I just thought you liked me too, but I guess not." "Jessica, NO!" I then hang up the phone. I can't believe I broke up with the guy I have liked for four years. I start to cry and the crying turns into bawling. "WHY DID I MESS EVERYTHING UP!" My brother comes running up to my room. "Jessica what's wrong?" "Jack and I broke up. I feel like it's all my fault." I tell him everything that happend with Jack and he looks disappointed. "Sis, it's not your fault. You didn't really even cheat on him, because he cheated first. I just can't believe he would break your heart like that." He then leaves and I get up and grab the tissues. I clean the makeup of my face and get dressed. I walk downstairs and grab my penny board. I ride to Matt's house and on the way there I see Jack with some girl at a park. Matt's house is just down this road you can do it. I didn't even realize there was a big rock on the sidewalk and I fell of my board. "Jessica, are you okay?" I hear Jack yell. Of course he saw me. "Yeah I'm fine. A rock just got in my way. I'm fine though." I say with a small smile. "About earlier, I'm really sorry." he says with a hopefully look. He thinks I'm going to forgive him. "Sorry for what? Sorry that you cheated on me? Look I'm sorry I wasn't good enough. I never seem to be good enough for anyone." I say looking down. "Jessica I'm sorry I don't know what else to say." The girl he was with came up and asked who I was. "Who's that girl?" "My ex I guess." "Good thing she's your ex. She's one of the ugliest people I've ever seen." she said with a disgusted look. Wow that hurt. "Look Jessica. I feel really bad." he says ribbon the back of his neck. "I did too. Karma's a bitch!" I yell in his face. I grab my board and ride the rest of the way to Matt's house. I replay the events that just occurred and see Matt's house. I knock on the door and when he answered he could tell if been crying. It was Matt's first day at his new apartment. I just skipped school today because of yesterday. Matt pulled me in do a hug waking me from my thoughts. "I-I saw Jack at the park and..." "You don't have to explain. I understand." he says rubbing my back. "Let's go sit down." he says motioning towards the couch. "Okay?" I ask. "Okay." he answered. (A/N: Tfios moment right there ☁️)
