4.1-gods can get sick too!?

"Achoo!" I rubbed my nose as I opened my eyes from meditation. "Hika you alright?" Sephy said flying up to hikari's face with a confused look. "I think I caught a cold.." hikari said softly pressing a hand to her cheek. "Wait gods can get sick..?" Hikari spoke again her eyes widening in confusion. "Oh yeah they do, but we don't call it sickness. You basically used too much of your power back in gouhandra" sephy said placing her small hand against hikari's forehead. "Yep you're pretty warm" sephy said removing her hand and flying back down to be at hikari's eye level. "What do I do.." hikari said in a drowsy nasally voice her eyes watering as her head began to ache. "Ah! they taught us this at angel school!" Sephy said suddenly perking up. "Because you ascended from Josephine's universe we have to use medicine specific to your universe" sephy said. "But because we used all your powers we can't spawn an item from your universe for a while..." sephy said in a more depleted tone. "This is the worst, I didn't think gods could get sick! Not cool at all.." hikari whined laying flat on her back with her hands on her head. Sephy flew down and landed on hikari's chest sitting there with her legs crossed. "I'd use my angel expense points but they can't be used to grab items from other universes." Sephy said embarrassed as she scratched her cheek. "How come..?" Hikari said looking up at sephy who was now on her chest. "Like I said think of angel expense points like cents we need at least a dollar to grab an item from another universe" sephy said as her halo shone a bit in the light. "Awh.." hikari groaned as she sneezed and sniffled and coughed and wheezed from her illness. "It happens to every god who was once human. Next time I'll make sure to put a child safety lock on your powers so you don't overdo it next mission" sephy  said now laying on her stomach atop hikari. Her halo tilted to the side as she watched hikari suffer not being able to hold back her laughter when hikari would unleash into a fit of sneezing and coughing. "ACHOO!" Hikari exclaimed as she rubbed her nose once more. "Need a tissue?" Sephy said with a smirk. "Do we even have those? This place is so empty.." hikari groaned closing her eyes in defeat. "Oh we do" sephy said flying over to a wall and tapping it causing a drawer to appear that had some stuff in it. "Here" sephy said flying over to hikari and pressing the tissue to her nose. "Thanks.." hikari said in an exhausted voice blowing her nose before crumbling the tissue and throwing it off to the side. Instead of laying there the tissue simply dissapeared into a wall. "Feel better?" Sephy said flying over to hikari's head and sitting in her hair, her elbows propped up on hikari's forehead. "A little.. thanks again.." hikari said gently tapping sephy on the head with her finger. "Hikari is so soft spoken and lazy when sick" sephy said in a teasing manner. "What else do you expect me to do.." hikari huffed. "Humans can be quite rude when they're sick too huh" Sephy said crossing her arms as she rested her head against Hikari's. In that moment Hikari's head felt just a little cooler as she closed her eyes. The foggy mist that surrounded them in this transient place gently blew around them. Feeling all too calm and quiet.

A few hours later-

"Mmm..." hikari groaned as she held sephy in her hands. Laying on her side she slept soundly as the poor angel assistant tried to wiggle herself free from her hold. Sephy huffed and groaned as she pounded her small fists against hikari's hands that held her so firmly. "I should've never fell asleep on your head.." sephy complained as she laid in defeat and closed her eyes. In that state hikari's grip on sephy loosened but instead of quickly flying off at this chance sephy instead curled up closer to hikari and fell asleep next to her. Hikari who had now awoken looked down at the angel sleeping so soundly close to her. Thinking to herself she wondered "I didn't know she liked sleeping with people close to her.." hikari thought as she gently pet the angel on the head with her finger and went back to sleep.

I'm working on chapter 5 but I'm going to be writing smaller stories about daily life so you can get to know the characters personalities better and also because I'm out of ideas •~•...
