Become God Of This World?!

Chapter 3: a new world

I raised hands and began to sculpt the first human beings and animals. "You can create any kind of human you like." Sephy said as she laid on hikari's shoulder looking over at what she creating. As hikari's hands sculpted the humans she made them look just like the ones she'd used to live with. Men, woman, baby, child. Hikari separated her people in races, some had pointy ears that stretched outwards and others had fluffy cat like and wolf like ears that followed with fluffy tails short and long. Some had fur on their faces and others had feathers. Each human having a unique look with a wide range of skin colors and body marks. Hikari could manipulate the laws of nature, motion and physics in this world too. What came to be was a world full of diversity and beauty. Animals like wolfs were equipped with horns and long claws that aided them in their everyday activities and cats had longer fangs and longer tails so they could climb trees better. The plants of this world featured tall trees that grew outward and some humans had to live in clouds to support their habitats. The world hikari created was just beginning and humans were already creating civilizations, building settlements and manipulating the magic in this world. "Okay hikari.. universe creation completed!" Sephy said enthusiastically as they floated in front of hikari. "The modeling of all these different species was fun.." hikari said as she fidgeted with her fingers that she was still getting used to, having long nails and all these golden rings. "Next up, you have to visit your world. How can a world not know about its creator?" Sephy said smiling as she stepped into hikari's hands. "How do I get there..? This planet is created is roughly the size of my head" hikari said gently spinning the globe around. "Hey don't do that you'll hurt them" sephy said flying up to hikari's finger and holding onto it with her small arms. "Ah right.. I learned about this in science. I didn't know it applied to here also?" Hikari chuckled gently moving her finger away and putting sephy back in her palms.  "Of course it applies here. technically the alliance we are now apart of now is the same one who created you" sephy said lying down in hikari's hands. "Oh really?" Hikari asked her interest now peaked as she moved her hands closer to sephy. "Yeah, it was a multitude of gods." Sephy says crossing her arms. "Ohhhh" hikari says. "I can't wait to meet my people!" Hikari said now with a new found excitement. "Hey now don't get ahead of yourself" sephy said sitting up. "You have to make a good impression so your people will like you ya know?" Sephy says flying up to hikari's face. "How do I make them like me?" Hikari askes leaning closer to sephy. "You need, **omniscience, omnipotence and omnibenevolence"** sephy said alknowingly as she wagged her finger. "These three things make people feel safe" sephy said crossing her arms and smiling. "It's okay I know that sounds hard but the new constitution for the alliance gives us all the necessary materials needed to check all these things off." Sephy said gesturing a thumbs up. Hikari nodded her head in a swift motion and they set off to the universe. As hikari looked over the progress of the universe she noticed countries were starting to form and wondered which one she should visit. "They've started building countries.." hikari mumbled as she stared at the little people building houses. Some were using magic to move things around while others used their wings to carry logs up the floors to help build roofs. "We should visit the most advanced one" sephy said flying down next to hikari. "That way you'll gain faith points faster than if you chose any random one." Sephy said as she pulled up a chart of which country had the highest population growth. "We should visit estaría as they've named it" sephy said pointing to the large piece of land that had many rivers making it a sufficient place to build a civilization in the first place. "How do I even let them know I'm a god?" Hikari asked looking over at sephy. "You'll see" sephy said with a smirk. "What does that mea-" before hikari could finish her sentence she found herself on the planet she had just created. "Come on let's change your appearance so we fit in on your planet better" sephy said. It was strange as instead of being the size of her finger sephy was standing right next to her at a normal height. She was still shorter than hikari but not by much at all maybe by 3 inches. "Sephy why are you so big?" Hikari said turning to sephy and stepping back a little. "Im still my normal size your just small" sephy said crossing her arms unamused. "Oh.." hikari looked up at the sky thinking for a moment. "I guess we are on my planet now.." hikari said as she looked back at sephy. "Yep now let's change your appearance before we get caught by the people of estaría" sephy said shooing hikari over to a tree where they both pulled out their individual screens and began changing their appearance and clothes to match the people from this planet. "I'll be a carnamite and you can be a regular elf" sephy said quickly whipping her finger around with that sephy now had fluffy ears and a long fluffy tail while hikari just had pointy ears. "Why do you get to look cool" hikari pouted crossing her arms. "Simply because I can" sephy said confidently chuckling slightly. Hikari sighed as she took in her elf like appearance in the reflective. It reminded her of her human self hitting her with an unexpected wave of happiness and sentimentalness. "Remind you of anyone?" Sephy said smirking as she was suddenly close to hikari's face. Hikari nervously chuckled "ah.. heh it reminded me of my old face.." hikari said looking down while still smiling. "Are you happy? I figured you missed your old face so I input a code that makes your elf self look more like you!" Sephy said smiling now with a slightly blush on her cheeks and a proud look on her face. "Yes thank you sephy" hikari said now looking down and blushing too. "Well let's get going I'm going to show you how to introduce yourself to your people" sephy said shaking her head and taking hikari's hands as she began walking Istg her to the nearest city. "The nearest city to where we landed is... oh here!" Sephy said pointing to a place on her map. "Gouhandra" sephy read aloud. "What are those people like?" Hikari questioned. "Well as a god you *should* know about your people and their lives but it's okay your new" sephy said patting hikari's shoulder. Hikari simply pouted again furrowing her brows. "The people of Gouhandra are... they're the humans you created with the fluffy ears and tails remember?" Sephy said as she thought of ways to explain this city. "Yeah, you're wearing an avatar of that race right now" hikari said smirking. "Yeah well that's where we're going. You remember the traits you gave them right?" Sephy said quickly. "Yeah they're supposed to be like the dogs from my hometown." Hikari said smiling to herself as she thought of the dogs that used to roam her neighborhood. "They were so friendly.." hikari mumbled to herself. "Ah good I was worried you made them like wolves.." sephy sighed placing her hand on her chest. "Why would I do that?" Hikari chuckled as they walked through the forest on the paved path that the people of estaría had already made. "I don't know you seem like the kind of human to do that" sephy sighed as they continued walking g her tailed bouncing up and down behind her as she trudged the path. Hikari couldn't frost the urge as she watched the shiny brown tail bob up and down. She suddenly lunged forward and grab the fluffy brown tail feeling it in all its silky smoothness. "Dam this really feels like the tails of the dogs in my old neighborhood..." hikari laughed as sephy pouted and fumed from hikari suddenly grabbing her tail even though it wasn't real but she could still feel it. "I was worried I was good enough that building species yet and I'd mess up or something but this makes me happy.." hikari said as she pressed the fluffy tail against her face. "Alright that's enoiugh we have to get going" sephy said as she yanked her tail out of her hikari's arms. "Aww but it's so fluffy... can I use it as a pillow tonight?" Hikari said in a teasing voice. "Maybe if you convince these carnamit.." sephy muttered with her arms crossed as she walked her ears dropped down to her sides her body language expressing annoyance. "Really? Now I'm more motivated then ever to convince these people I'm a god. Show off my superior aura..." hikari said as she walked up next to sephy leaning over her shoulder. "Yeah, yeah don't let the god title get to you" sephy sighed. As time passed before they even knew it they were at Gouhandra. Just upon getting there a sheriff with a gun and blocked their way. "No stepping into the city of Gouhandra right now, we've been infested with.. giant spiders." The sheriff spoke as he pushed his hand infront of them to block their way. "*What?"* Hikari said in a dissapointed voice. "The sheriff continued to look with a serious expression before he began chuckling and lowered his hand. "In just kidding welcome to Gouhandra city of Industrialization" the sheriff said smiling as he stepped out of the way. "Ohh" hikari chuckled but her laugh was nothing but a fake one as she failed to understand the joke. "Don't forget to stop by the main office so you can get the full Gouhandra experience." The sheriff pointed out as he pointed his finger to the main building in the building that was the largest out of all the other buildings. "Will do." Sephy said in a blank voice. "I see your a true carnamite, this elf your friend?" The sheriff said nothing sephy's fluffy ears and tail. "Ah yes this elf is my... friend." Sephy said as she failed to come up with a better excuse to who hikari was. "Nice, enjoy Gouhandra!" The sheriff said smiling as he waved them off. "Did I program them to act like that? Are they all gonna do that?" Hikari questioned with a worried look. "No even though you made them they still come with varying traits and personalities.. just think of him like your dad that makes dumb jokes." Sephy said waving off hikari's worries. "Oh... good good." Hikari sighed relaxing her shoulders and smiling. "Come this main office might be a key piece on how we're going to spread your holy message." Sephy said smirking as she said the last part. Hikari couldn't help but cringe a little, laughing at sephy's comment. "I don't think I'll ever get used to being a god or having a holy message, as you put it" hikari says shaking her head. "Get used to it, these guys are gonna write stories about you, paint pictures of you and much more" sephy said smirking. "I don't know how I'm gonna react to that." Hikari sighed now feeling a little nervous at the thought of people making depictions of her. As they approached the main office they were met by a woman. "Hey, need a tour guide? You seem new around these parts! Or do you wanna play a game perhaps? We have fetch, fetch and fetch!" The woman said in an excited and jumpy tone her tail wagging at a pace hikari couldn't even perceive. "Or maybe your a god trying to spread your holy word" the woman said in a more serious tone before brushing it off and laughing. "But nah that's illegal here you wouldn't do that. Right right?!" The woman continued her mouth moving so fast it felt like she was just speaking to speak at this point. "Uh.. huh!? Huh!?" Hikari replied as the woman's questions jumped from place to place. Her emotions moving from confused to nervous back to confused as she tried to understand this woman. "I'm Galia by the way you can just call me gal!" The woman said smiling brightly as she extended a hand to shake. When hikari took her hand she squeezed her hands with a strength that felt like 100 tons of pressure being applied to her fingers. "Ah.." hikari hissed from the pain. "Oh sorry I forget that you elf's can't handle our strength sorry I'm just so excited to meet someone who isn't a carnamite! People haven't visited this place in so long since the new governor was recently assigned. "I'm a Goldie carnamite! Many people say I'm a little too friendly but I can't help it I just love people!" The woman continued to chatter on. Finally sephy stepped between hikari and the woman was now called Galia. "Hey.. we have somewhere to be so can you move?" Sephy said in a serious tone crossing her arms. "Oh.. sorry" Galia said her expression tilting to one of slight sadness as her smile dropped a little and you could see slight embarrassment on her face. Hikari feeling a little bad stepped forward taking the woman's hand. "Oh no it's okay don't mind sephy. She's always grumpy like this we'd really appreciate your help!" Hikari said with a smile. Sephy looked at hikari with a shocked expression before going quiet. "Oh really, yay I'm so happy!" Galia said as she placed her hand atop hikari's. "I'm guessing sheriff fern told you to go to the main office right? Come with me I'll show you the way!" Galia said as she held hikari's hand and they walked to the office. Her golden hair and fur swaying behind her as she walked. Moments ago the woman was just staring into hikari's very soul with a deep blue eyes and was now leading her to the main office. The woman had tanned skin even though the place they lived was so cold which made hikari wonder how that worked. Sephy was silent the whole walk to the office as their feet could be heard crunching under the snow. The whole walk Galia continued to chatter on and on to hikari about Gouhandra and her life here also giving a little information about the new governor. She talked about the whole situation like it was a simple daily life even though this new governor was tyrannical at best. "Yeah he also pulls fangs out of you talk too much but I think I deserved to have my fangs pulled since I do talk too much... but it's okay because they grew back!" Galia said smiling as she opened her mouth and pulled on the corner of her lip to show off her fangs. Hikari was stunned by all this and couldn't fathom how Galia was so okay with all this. As they walked through the snow village they truly began to realize the true nature of this place. "Hi welcome to gouhandra the city of industrialization.." the woman at the main office said in a dead voice her face one of a tired persons. "Hi I'm Galia and this is my friend she is new to gouhandra!" Galia said to the office manager. The lady behind the desk smiled a little when she saw galia but her face quickly dropped back to one of a tired persons. "I'll take these two off your hands Galia thanks for bringing them here" the woman said smiling weakly at Galia. "Oh alright enjoy the rest of your day friends I hope gouhandra is to your liking!" Galia said as she waved happily walking away. "You two seem new here.. well no just you.." the woman said eyeing sephy and hikari. "She's my friend" sephy finally spoke up after being silent the whole walk. "We'd like a room please" sephy said lifting her fingers up to signal the "two" sign. "For two people yes?" The lady at the desk said as she began writing in her booklet. "Yep" sephy replied as she quickly muttered something under her breath causing a wallet full of the countries currency to appear in her satchel. "That'll be 3000 esturo's" the lady at the desk said her eyes struggling to stay open as if she's been at this desk for days without rest. "Well that's quite expensive even for this country.." sephy mumbled as she dropped the bronze coins in the slot. They clinked on their way down before sephy looked back at the woman who was now handing her two cards. "These are your room keys enjoy your stay" the woman tried to say in a more upbeat manner but you could still hear the tiredness in her voice. "Let's go" sephy said as they made their way up the stairs following the numbers on the cards. "What are we going to do while we are here?" Hikari asked looking over at sephy. "Infiltrate the government" sephy said nonchalantly. "What. Wait- WHAT" hikari yelled as she processed sephy's words. "Shhhh.." sephy said lifting a finger to quiet hikari. "There's camera's everywhere" sephy said crossing her arms. "If they hear us talking about infiltrating the government they'll arrest us for sure." Sephy said. "But your talking about infiltrating the government openly and loudly right now!" Hikari shout whispered back. "And we're here" sephy said staring in one direction. "Huh..?". Soon stood hikari and sephy at their room, they unlocked the door and stepped inside. The room was simple enough. Two beds, two night stands and two lamps. Your average log house though I guess this would be considered a log building. "Before we do all that government infiltration stuff we need to learn more about this government anyways." Sephy said sitting down on the bed claiming it as hers. Hikari sitting down on the bed across from her. "Well we already know religion is banned here" hikari sighed as she hit the bed lying flat on her back. "Just gotta find out why" sephy replied. "Starting tomorrow we are going to break laws" sephy smirked crossing her arms. "Thats gonna get us arrested sephy" hikari pouted sitting up. "Thats the goal" sephy replied once more. "The goal is to meet the supreme leader and well, fight him I guess since from the vibes I'm getting from this place, he's gonna use violence." Sephy sighed. "Mission break laws started" hikari said in a cool voice. Sephy simply laughed a bit before setting down her stuff and heading to bed.
