Breaking Point

Timeline: Fight with Gaia(Not really much of a fight though)

3rd Person POV:

Frank, already tired of it all, stepped forward.

"Kill me."

The gasps from his demigod friends were loud. Though anyone could understand why he was like this.

He'd been travelling with the rest of the seven and became close to them. He fought many battles, his adrenaline and powers being the only reason he hadn't died yet. Then, he say many of his Roman comrades fall in battle. Though he was not close to them, he still felt a pang in his heart seeing to bodies of the dead Romans.

Then Leo died. It didn't really help that Nico confirmed it. He felt responsible for his death as he could have flew up to save him and administer the Physician's cure if necessary. At the very least, he wanted to make sure Leo's sacrifice was not in vain.

 Apparently, his sacrifice was in vain. Gaia was not killed by the explosion and came back stronger. To add insult to injury, Gaia was basically unkillable and she killed the rest of the demigods other than the remaining of the seven. He never felt more useless in his whole life watching them all fall especially Nico. The pain he saw in Hazel's eyes when her brother got mercilessly killed.

Apparently the gods were too weak too. Their ultimate attacked killed the minions but did nothing to Gaia.

But undoubtedly the worse was when she slowly tortured his love of his life. The screams were to fresh in his mind. He doubted even Tartarus would've been able to affect him like this. He wanted to tear Gaia apart. But he no longer had the will to do it, or to live without Hazel.

You think I'll want to take you next? I think I'll take this one. Gaia summoned Piper to her fist.

Jason tried moving. He screamed, he cursed, he threatened, he cried and he begged. Gaia didn't listen and simply went through her options of torture methods to see the King of Gods' son break.

Piper Mclean, I think I'll take a page out of my granddaughter's book.

Gaia waved her other hand over Piper. For a moment, there was nothing but silence. Than a scream pierced the atmosphere.

"I HATE YOU ALL! WHY DID YOU LEAVE ME JASON?" Piper screeched.

Jason looked shocked and tried to respond but Piper cut him off.

"I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ANOTHER WORD FROM YOUR MOUTH YOU LYING PIECE OF SHIT!"

Jason looked utterly confused but his resolve hardened as he gathered all his power and summoned a lightning bolt. To his shock, it actually hit its target. But all he heard was Piper's screams of pain and agony.

The smoke cleared and it revealed a charred Piper who looked weak and deranged. She spat towards Jason's direction and screamed in pain. Her shrill voice was more effective against Jason than the Imperial Gold sword that stabbed him.

"I-I didn't mean it Piper." Piper couldn't respond as she convulsed and trashed around in Gaia's fist.

 Aphrodite looked furiously at Jason as Gaia spoke.

Who am I to deny a mother's revenge? I'll gladly allow the goddess of love to deliver justice to the cause of her daughter's pain.

And with that, Aphrodite was free. She knew attacking Gaia was useless so she went for Jason. He tried explaining himself but Aphrodite tackled him to the floor and said to him.

"HOW DARE YOU HURT MY DAUGHTER! YOU NOT ONLY RUINED HER LOOKS BUT ALSO CHEATED ON  HER WITH THAT ACCURSED DAUGHTER OF PLUTO?"

"Wha-what? Look I don't understa-"
