They told me I eat too much, so I stopped eating.
They told me I was fat, so I worked out until I got sick.
When I became slim, they said I was too slim.
They told me I was loud, so I stopped sharing
stuff.
And when I became quiet, they said I didn't like people.

But I've learned to see through their judgments and lies,
I won't let their words dictate my worth or size.

I'll nourish my body with balance and love,
Finding strength within, like a soaring dove.

Whether I'm slim or curvy, it's not for them to decide,
I'll embrace my beauty, with confidence as my guide.

I'll speak my mind, unapologetically true,
Sharing my thoughts and dreams, for they matter too.

Their opinions won't define who I am,
I'll surround myself with those who truly understand.

I'll be my authentic self, shining bright,
Ignoring their negativity, stepping into the light.

For I am enough, just as I am,
And I'll live my life according to my own grand plan.
