Wrapped in a bliss

Demi POV

I woke up the next day to an empty bed. Probably even an empty house. I didn't know where Lucas was at, but I was kinda glade he didn't see how I looked after waking up. I went to the bathroom and got myself ready for the day. Some time had passed and I was convinced I was home alone. Why, didn't Lucas tell me he was leaving? He could have left a note or even texted me.

  Of course I was upset did he really just treat me like a one night stand. A booty call! Was the sex last night not good and now he's too embarrassed to see me?.

I couldn't jump to conclusions, right?

I made my way downstairs to the main floor to make sure Lucas wasn't in the kitchen or something. I started walking down the long hall way. About half way through I can see the front door start to open. Wide away I saw  that it was Lucas coming through the door. A smile came upon my face when I noticed he had a take out bag in his head.

"Hi" Lucas said nervously as his eyes meet mine. "How are you?" Lucas asked slightly shaking his head the same time as he closed the door and I walked closer to him.

"I'm good. I was starting to think you left" I said

"Oh sorry, I just went home real quick and stopped to get some food. Are you hungry?" he asked. Just as I got within inches of him. I think he wanted to kiss me, to properly great me but I didn't reach up because I don't know if I'll be able to stop. Last night was repeating in my head .

"Y-yea I can eat" i said getting out of my thoughts.

  Lucas and I walked quietly to the kitchen.

"So what do you, do on your days off" He asked as I sat at the island and he began to take things out of the bags.

"I like to hit the gym. Keep my stamina up plus I'm prepping for tour, there are no days off" I said

"I will try and keep up" Lucas said

"Want me to go slow, I can go easy on you" I asked with very flirty tone

"I can take it" He said with a wink just before he started taking the food out the bag

"I don't want you disappointed in the results"

"Oh trust me, I'll be satisfied in any solution" Lucas said and I do think we were still talking about working out.

"So last night!" I said making little eye contact with him

"Highly satisfied" Lucas said

"Good, cause I was kinda worried when I didn't see you when I woke up" I said not looking at him but at the food that was in front of me.

"Sorry I should have texted or left a note" he said

"You're here now" I said smiling at him I felt my cheeks get warm.

"I am glad I didn't screw things up last night" He said and I saw his shoulders loosen.

"Ditto" I said as my cheeks got even more red as I looked at him.

"You went to bed kinda late last night or should I say after dawn" Lucas said

"Yea I had the set list on my mind still, I couldn't sleep till I got it done"
