"I'm sorry for dragging you out there, Anton." Hiyang-hiya kong sabi habang nasa parking lot kami.

Naka-open ang pintuan ng company car at nasa hamba ito.

He smiled a little. "I didn't know what is going on but it is okay, Rashiela."

Natahimik kami saglit.

Napasulyap ako sa bukana ng restaurant. So, he really did not go after me, huh?

"So..." Anton started as if hesitant with his words. "....Kielo and that guy?"

I bitterly nod. "Yeah. They are together, Kielo is gay."

He sharply gasped. Pansin ang gulat. Sino ba kasi ang mag-aakala na babaliko si Kielo Montejano?

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have asked."

"Okay lang, ilang taon naman na din kaming hiwalay. We only co-exist now because of our kid."

I saw him bit the inside of his cheek. "Nabalitaan ko nga... na nagka-anak kayo."

Tumingala ako sakanya. Anton has this five o'clock aura. Kung normal lang na pagkakataon ay mapapanganga ako sa kagwapuhan niya.

I chuckled lightly. "Yeah. But I am content with my son without his father."

But my son is not contented with it.

He nodded. "Maybe he is not the one for you, Rashiela."

Ilang tao na ang nagsabi niyan sa akin.

Tumango nalang ako at hindi nagkomento doon.

"You left your Manager inside pala because I pulled you out." I said diverting the topic.

That was so immature and so unprofessional of me.

Natawa ito ng bahagya.

"I can text Ate Edna that I've gone home. Sanay na 'yon."

I nodded and had a time gazing at him.

Nakakahiya mang isipin pero mukhang mas bata ito sa akin. Given that he is a member of a popular band, he surely goes at a beauty clinic every month. I remember him so skinny back then but now, all muscles were on the right places. May sumisilip ding sleeve tattoo at mayroon din sa bandang leeg.

I saw him smirk at doon ko lang napagtanto na nahuli niya akong pinagmamasdan siya.

"Can I take a visit to your office if I want some changes to my ordered furnitures?" he asked in a gentle way hoping for a positive answer.

Nangunot ang noo ko. "You can just call my secretary for updates and changes. Alam kong busy ka and you are a big name in the industry. We can adjust for you since we are also acquiantance."

Tumango ito at napakagat-labi. "Hmm. Acquiantance, huh? If so, can I get your number instead?"

Saktong dumating si Genny kaya't tumango nalang ako. Nagliwanag ang mukha niya.

He goofily gave his phone kaya't mabilis kong tinipa ang numero ko.

"Uhm, we should go now. May next appointment pa ako." paalam ko. I can see curiosity on Genny's eyes.

He sported his killer smile and nodded. "Sure, Miss CEO. See you around, then."

I went to the manufacturing plant after at nagtuloy sa next na balak.

"I'm sorry, Ms. Labrador. Si Mr. Montejano mismo ang nagsabi na bawal kayong papasukin. He can only accommodate a representative from ApexCore. He does not want to grant your request to have a meeting with him." Paliwanag noong nasa desk.
