He turns around to see the world behind him shattering. confused he looks back in his arms to see his lover gone.
"Nikolai? NIKOLAI WAKE UP."
The clown flutters his eyes awake to find sigma shaking him awake,
"sigma..? your not dead?"
He asks holding his lovers teary face with shock, "No...why would I be dead? are you ok? you where screaming." He says as he kisses the clowns forehead.
Nikolai nods as he almost cries, it was all a dream. just. a dream.
"what happened? are you ok? did you have a nightmare?" Sigma asks as he helps Nikolai sit up and rest. he hugs the clown tight making sure he feels comfortable. "yeah, sorry I just thought you died...I was trying to save you b-but I wasn' fast enough. I'm sorry." The clown answered teary eye'd and sniffling.
The duo haired one just held him close, "it's alright. I'm still here. I'm not going anywhere. Its okay my love." He coo'd. the clown just smile and melted into the other ones words and embrace content.
"here i'll make you some tea." Sigma said as he stood up to make Nikolai tea to calm him down, "wait, i'll come with you." The clown said quickly standing up and running after the purple and white haired one so he wasn't out his sight. he really didn't want his nightmare to come true.
After they finished making the tea they sat down at the couch holding each other and watching a movie, occasionally Nikolai would look over at sigma to make sure he wasn't gone or anything. being haunted by the image of sigmas corpse in his arms.
"hey sigma." The clown muttered as he gained a glance from the other confused, "can we cuddle. please?" He asked as he scooted closer, "sure!" The duo haired one said as he met the clown with open arms, to which he accepted gratefully and leaned into the others touch very happy the sun of his life was there with him.
The next morning Nikolai woke up to find sigma gone, he panicked and quickly stood up and ran around the house, only to find him preparing breakfast in the kitchen, a wave of relief washed over the clown.
"whatcha making?" The clown asked as he wrapped his arms around the others waist, "pancakes," The other one answered smiling, the clown returned the smile as he kissed the others cheek, "I love you yknow" He said as the other giggled, the clown looked confused, what was so funny?
The duo haired man look behind his shoulder and smiled the smile Nikolai oh so loved, "I love you too, gogol." He said gleefully smiling a giggling in the sun.
Nikolai felt his heart burn and his face heat up, he loved seeing him smile so much, knowing that he was gonna get married to him very soon made him eve happier and made him almost cry.
Nikolai only smiled back and looked at him in awe.
