"What?" Sol shouts when she hears Sunjae telling his dream to pursue music. Her mind races back to the news headline she vividly remembers from the future: "K-pop singer Ryu Sunjae dead at 34 due to depression from idol life." The image of the headline flashes before her eyes, and a wave of worry washes over her. Her heart pounds with a mixture of fear and urgency, knowing the dark path that could lie ahead for him.

She doesn't know how to reply to him; if she tells him not to pursue music, he might take it the wrong way, and she can't even tell him the actual truth. Her heart pounds with a mixture of fear and urgency, knowing the dark path that could lie ahead for him, yet feeling helpless to guide him away from.

"I'm glad you figured out what you want to do in life," she says, forcing a smile. Sunjae smiles back at her, his eyes shining with excitement and hope. Sol's heart aches as she tries to mask her fear with encouragement, knowing she can't reveal the true reason behind her hesitation.

It was night. Sol was in her room, thinking of ways to protect Sunjae. Suddenly, an idea strikes her. If she can't stop Sunjae from pursuing music, then she can stick by him all the time and try as much as possible to ensure he doesn't get depressed in the future. Determination fills her as she resolves to be his unwavering support, ready to face whatever challenges come their way.

"Oh? What are you doing here?" Inhyuk asks, eyebrows raised in surprise as he spots Sol at the audition center. "Don't tell me you want to become an idol too," he laughs, his voice echoing through the bustling hallway. "Hey, did you forget your 'Taesung joah, Taesung joah' song?" he teases, reminding her of the silly song she once sang, his laughter ringing out.

Sol shoots him a bombastic side-eye, her expression a mix of annoyance and determination. "I'm here to support Sunjae," she declares firmly. With a flourish, she unfurls the poster she painstakingly prepared, revealing the words "Sunjae, fighting!!" written in bold, colorful letters. The poster sparkles with her dedication, a testament to her resolve to be by Sunjae's side, no matter what.

"It's pretty," Sunjae says as he walks toward Sol, his eyes softening as he takes in the colorful poster she holds up.

Inhyuk, standing nearby with a look of annoyance, scoffs, "What do you mean pretty? It looks like a 5-year-old wrote this," he says, breaking into a mocking laugh. Sunjae immediately shoots him a death glare, his expression darkening. Inhyuk's laughter dies down, and he falls silent under the intensity of Sunjae's gaze.

The announcer's voice boomed through the hall, cutting through the murmur of excited chatter. "Next up, Eclipse!" The name echoed around the room, and Sunjae, along with the other boys, gathered their courage and stepped forward, ready to face their fate.

"Sunjae-ah, fighting!" sol screamed, her voice carrying a blend of hope and determination. Sunjae, pausing for a moment, turned his head to find Sol in the crowd. Their eyes locked for a brief, electrifying second. The fear and doubt in his eyes melted away, replaced by a warm, reassuring smile. It was as if her words had infused him with a surge of courage. He nodded at her, a silent promise of his resolve, before turning back to the audition doors. With one last glance in Sol's direction, he walked through the threshold, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead.

After the tense audition, Eclipse emerged from the room looking crestfallen. Sol hurried over to Sunjae, her heart racing with worry. "How did it go?" she asked anxiously, her eyes searching his face. Sunjae's expression faltered, on the verge of tears. But then, in a sudden shift, a mischievous grin spread across his face. "We got in," he announced, his eyes twinkling with suppressed laughter.

Fast forward several months. Sunjae had moved out of his home and was now living in dorms, immersed in rigorous training under MX Entertainment alongside his groupmates. Sol, on the other hand, was focused on her studies, striving to secure her place in college. Life had become hectic for both of them, and they found themselves with little time to spend together.

One day, Sunjae called Sol, asking to meet up. She agreed, and as they met, she couldn't help but remark, "It's been a long time." Sunjae nodded, his expression serious yet tinged with nervous anticipation. He proceeded to share his recent experiences and revealed that he would soon be making his debut. But before that, he confessed softly, "I want you by my side".

Sol confused looks towards him, "wdym? I'm always by your side sunjae", she says.  "Not just as a friend, but as a girlfriend." - SUNJAE CONFESSED.
