Unlike Dinsey Princesses

I think that like all Disney Princesses,

I finally found my one.

But unlike Cinderella,

I didn't need a magic wand.

Unlike Ariel,

I didn't need to lose my voice,

Because to love each other,

We both made that choice.

Unlike Rapunzel,

He didn't need to climb my hair,

Only so he could demonstrate,

That he truly does care.

Unlike the princess from the Princess and the Pea,

I didn't need to sleep on a pea,

Just to show him,

That it's him with whom I want to be.

And unlike Snow White,

I didn't need to lose my life,

To find the guy,

Who will share his life with mine.
