𝙍𝙀𝙂𝙍𝙀𝙏𝙀𝙑𝘼𝙏𝙊𝙍 𝐱 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐬 ..

𝙋𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙊𝙉𝙄𝘾 ! 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞 𝐱 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 .

(This is sort of like an introduction story to how I write; so it'll be short and sweet! The screenie in the banner is mine!!,, :3 decided to do my fav npc 4 the first part so enjoy proto lovers)

Quick plot thingy: so proto found a mouse in the elevator and wants to save it :3

[READER] stood around for a couple of seconds before the shiny, silver elevator doors opened up. Surprisingly, the rather cramped elevator was empty— Except for Prototype, their lovely robot friend!

"Good morning, [READER]!!"  Proto gave them a smile. Since the elevator was small (and smelt dusty, ew) they stood relatively close to the friendly robot. [READER] glanced over and noticed he was holding something small in his hands that appeared to be moving around.

"Proto, what are you holding?"  They enquired, motioning to the small thing in their hands with their finger.

"Oohh, this?"  Prototype showed [READER] what he was holding. It was a mouse! A small, white, fuzzy mouse scampering around in their hands. It was surprisingly calm, which was odd. But Proto had his ways— he had a lot of secrets, so maybe he could talk to animals with his translator too! "Mus musculus,"  Proto pet the mouse with one of their colourful claws. "Or, more commonly known as a 'house mouse!'"

"That's... How did a mouse get into the elevator?"  [READER] frowned. Maybe it crawled in? They usually didn't see mice around because of the diverse danger in the floors... It must've gotten in through the lobby. "I don't know,"  Prototype frowned as well, looking at the fuzzy critter with a curious gaze. He was like a puppy; always curious about his surroundings, wanting to explore. Also, he was super adorable. They were probably looking around the elevator and saw it. "But I didn't want someone to stand on it!"  He sounded very determined to help this small creature.

"Hmm... I'm sure we'll find somewhere safe to put it."  [READER] reassured them. Proto was pretty concerned about the creature. "Most rodents like quiet, dark places..."  They were quite knowledgeable about this topic, as they were with most topics. "I know! Maybe you could take her back to the lobby and put her somewhere safe! There are plenty of dark, quiet spots in the lobby... Like... Ooh, ooh! Behind that painting with all the mannequins!"  [READER] wondered how he even knew about the spot... No bother. It would be the perfect place to keep the mouse.

"You're right. I could head back to the lobby and put the mouse there. Thanks, Proto!"  [READER] gave the cheery robot a grin. They had no idea Proto had a soft spot for animals, but it was certainly the sweetest you'd seen them be yet!
