His whole life he's been told that love would only get him hurt and so he ran for any sort of romantic relationship, but for a moment he didn't mind the thought of getting burned for just a quick glimpse of what that...
There was a point where I had zero writing ideas and for a moment I thought I never would gain any and that I wrote all the books I wanted and that I was done for now.
Wrong, I've been secretly planning a few things but for now, here is one... This one has my heart for many different reasons.
It tackles the main concept of being afraid of love and not in the way of completely not wanting to be in love but because the idea of opening up and being emotionally intimate with another individual is downright terrifying.
Being close to having a relationship but running the second it gets too real and you start feeling the other person want more but not being ready to be vulnerable which a relationship needs in most aspects to be closer to one another.
I relate to it completely and I know that many people do, so it wasn't a hard decision for me to make when coming up with this story idea. Of course with many other things in this story that I added to make it more... me of a book.
