It had been a day and a half since the fight and Adella sat on a log, carving a stake. The kid, who Adella had learned to be Leia kom trikru, sat on the floor, glaring at Adella.

"Look kid, I took your knife away because you tried to kill me, after I said I was no harm to you." Adella sighed as she stopped carving her stake, looking at the kid on the floor. She did not know what to say or do with the kid.

Leia didn't answer as she continued to glare at Adella. Adella sighed as she stood up and sat down in front of her.

Leia moved back.

Adella pursed her lips as she raised her hands up. "I'm not going to hurt you. Your people tried to kill us. We didn't want to fight last night." Adella tried to reason.

"your people killed mine." Leia hissed, anger evident in her tiny voice. Adella was completely puzzled. She wasn't going to leave this young girl in the woods, alone.

"Because yours tried to kill ours, even though we asked for a truce." Adella added, pointing at Leia and trying to explain the situation.

"No, we didn't." Leia glared at her Adella and shook her head, her eyes narrowing.

Leia looked away and Adella bit her bottom lip. "Do you have parents, family? I'm sure they're missing you, I'm not keeping you hostage." Adella changed the conversation.

"No." Leila looked down at the ground. "I had a friend, but I don't know where he is, he is being called a traitor for helping you guys."

"Lincoln?" Adella asked with wide eyes and leia nodded her head. "He's with my friend, he's okay."

After a short period of silence, leia spoke up. "Why aren't you going to your people?" Leila asked, her face changing as she looked at Adella.

"Because, I'm not going to leave a kid on their own, especially if you're a friend of Lincoln's." Adella breathed out, leaning her chin on her hand. "Why are you even out here, shouldn't you be at your camp?" Adella asked.

Leia picked the grass up from the ground and sprinkled it on her lap. "I was sent out to fight your people." She simply said as Adella looked at her.
