⚠️: angst ⚠️
The company and different news outlet posted and reported Jin's statement.
Jin called Byul immediately after the statement and asked how is she doing. Jin knows how byul can get easily anxious when it comes to big news and announcements like this.
"Let me know if i can do something to help. Message or call me, okay?" Jin mentioned on the other line.
"Yes, i will." There was a pause. "Take care Jin. Your son's waiting."
Byul was just in the living room and was trying to answer some personal messages from her boss and from other workmates. It's because of the online rumors and the photo of her that's circulating online.
It made her anxious, her being out int the open. She knows that they were trying to get more information about her already. She knows how big Jin is in the industry right now.
Byul went to her parents house together with Min-joo and is planning to stay there while the issues still the talk of the town. While she is preparing Min-joo's snacks her mom shouted from the living room.
"Byulie, go outside. It looks like he's waiting there for quite some time." Her mother said while looking at the cctv footage.
Byul took in a deep breath. Wore her hoodie and made her way out towards the garage.
She walked towards Jin and stopped just a few steps away from him, raising her brows.
"I'm sorry" Jin scratched the back of his neck. "I'm really sorry about what happened, Byul. I'll do my best so that it won't happen again." He said.
"It's okay, i understand. Thank you for removing my photos online. What now? We're not even together and I am being dragged by your fans into your showbiz life." She sighed.
Jin just shut his eyes closed. He hugged byul so tight to assure her.
"What's next, Jin? Min-joo? I swear to god! If Min-joo wouldn't be able to live his life normally- i don't know what to do." Byul was crying and Jin hugged her tight, running her fingers through her hair.
"I don't even know if it's a good decision to let you be involved." She said sadly and pushed Jin away.
Her last words sent Jin over the edge. Anything but his son, he can take any harsh words from anyone but not her, not when it's about him and his son.
"Byul? Am i really the one to blame?? Am i the one who hid Min-joo? If i knew, if only i knew. It wouldn't be this messy." He was frustrated. Putting his hands toward his face.
