Jin went to the city with Byul to let her see his house and be familiarized with it if ever Min-joo and Byul decided to stay here if he's back to work.
Jin wanted to show byul how he wanted to be with his family even if he's working on set and hopefully Byul will like it.
He wants a beautiful and comfortable life for his family and wanted to own another property, a bigger one so that they have more space for their son.
While Jin is showing Byul around the house, she saw a photo of them together way back when they were younger and when Min-joo was not yet around.
She froze and stared at the photo and Jin was able to notice what she was looking at. Jin quickly grabbed the photo and put it down.
"HAHAHA sorry i kept it here."
"No, Jin. I'm sorry." Byul spoke.
"Stop saying sorry, byul. We're trying to move past on what happened. I want to prioritize Min-joo. I want him to feel happy and that we're here for him." He assured her.
"We went through a lot. I was chasing my dreams while thinking of you. You were my strength. And for you, your dreams stopped. Your world stopped. Because you have to. Because Min-joo's there. I'm thankful that you were able to raise him despite everything that happened." Jin quickly hugged her to comfort and thank her for what she had sacrificed.
They continued doing a tour inside the house and how Jin carefully mentioned that he wanted to renovate this house to Min-joo's liking.
Byul laughed lightly and mentioned "you really adore your son so much."
"Of course, he's my greatest gift." Jin laughed and winked at her.
"I don't want Min-joo to be spoiled or to think that what he wants, he gets." Byul crossed her arms.
"It won't happen. I promise." Jin walk to her and put his arm on her shoulder.
"You better.." she poked him on the side.
Once they finished, they cuddled on the couch.
Byul missed being held and Jin missed holding her.
They keep on talking about the future and how he's very thankful for her.
"Byul.." Jin mentioned while caressing her back.
"Hmm?"
"Would you be okay living in the same house with me and min-joo?" He popped the question. Byul looked at him in the eye.
"I'm not sure yet.." she whispered.
"Why? Is something bothering you?"
"It's just that I want to take things slow. I don't want to rush anything and maybe we can do sleepovers for now but soon enough, we can live under the same roof." She assured him, she hugged him tight.
