The morning sun poured through the large windows of the Beach House, its golden rays bathing the room in a soft, warm glow. Outside, the ocean shimmered like liquid silver, kissed by the early light. Steven, ever the early riser, yawned and stretched his arms wide, his eyes bright and full of energy. The sunrise painted the sky in brilliant hues of pink and orange, a perfect start to the day.

"Everyone's out. Guess I'm makin' us breakfast," Steven murmured to himself, a sense of purpose in his voice. His eyes gleamed with determination, his thoughts racing as he envisioned the perfect breakfast spread. Today would be a day of delicious victory!

In the kitchen, the smell of waffles soon filled the air. Steven worked with the fervor of a master chef, laying out a towering stack of waffles. With a flourish, he drenched them in syrup, watching the sticky sweetness cascade down the sides. He stepped back to admire his creation, his face breaking into a wide grin of satisfaction.

"Perfection," he muttered, his excitement growing as he grabbed the plate and made his way toward the Temple door. He knocked lightly, a hopeful look on his face.

"Pearl? Garnet? Amethyst? Y/n? Is anyone home?" Steven called out, his voice tinged with excitement. The door, however, remained silent.

"Guess they're still out saving the world," Steven said to himself with a halfhearted shrug, though a faint sigh escaped his lips. He turned and headed back into the kitchen, undeterred.

Determined to make the breakfast an event to remember, Steven opened the microwave and tossed in a bag of popcorn. The popcorn popped enthusiastically, spilling over the edges of the bowl as he poured it onto the waffles. He took a moment to admire the absurdity of his creation—a perfect breakfast with an unexpected twist.

"Look at you, you are out of control!" Steven exclaimed, as though addressing a masterpiece. Grinning like a mad scientist, he raced to the front door, calling out one last time, "Pearl? Garnet?!"

But once again, silence greeted him. With a dramatic sigh, Steven trudged back inside, glancing at his creation before he added the finishing touch—a strawberry—gently placing it on top of the whipped cream mountain. He stepped back to survey his work with a satisfied expression.

"It's done!" he said, triumph in his voice. He set the plate down on the counter and flopped beside it with a contented sigh, as if to say, "What more could a guy need?" He gazed at the waffles longingly. "That thing's too good for me to eat alone," he declared, lifting the plate up in the air. "It's a... 'Together Breakfast'!"

Just as he said those words, a sudden flare of light erupted from the Warp Pad, and Steven jumped back in surprise. Garnet and Y/n appeared, materializing from the glowing stream of energy, their forms solidifying with a soft hum. Garnet held a scroll in her hand, her expression as stoic as ever, while Y/n's gaze shifted between Steven and the breakfast with curiosity.

"Ah, Garnet, Y/n, perfect!" Steven exclaimed, his tone turning upbeat once more. "Check it out! I made us a big breakfast—well, not exactly healthy, but it's in a stack, so I guess you could say it's a... balanced breakfast?" He gave a strained smile, trying to lighten the mood, his eyes flicking between the two, hoping for a positive reaction.

Garnet's face remained impassive, her usual calm and measured demeanor unshaken by the sight of the towering breakfast. Y/n looked at it with a raised eyebrow, clearly confused by Steven's unusual culinary concoction.

"You know, like, I made breakfast for us all," Steven explained, his voice becoming more enthusiastic as he tried to sell his idea. "I thought we could eat together. Like, like best buds!" He gestured grandly to the waffle mountain, as though it were some sort of grand feast meant for all of them.
