They reached their hostel room with their luggages. It was a room of about three hundred square foot on the 1st floor in the girls' hostel, accompanied with an attached bathroom. It's walls were painted in light beige colour. The room was well ventilated due to the presence of two windows, which faced the north and presented a clear view of the college campus from afar. There were four beds, placed adjacent to each other, covered with white sheets. Each bed was accompanied by a drawer on the right side of it. There were enough storage space and study tables as well in the room.

As we got into the room, Sristi said, "Hmm, room to accha hai!" (Hmm, the room is good!) and Rukmini and I agreed, "I'll take this one!", she added pointing to the bed nearest to the windows. I picked the bed beside hers and Rukku picked the one beside mine. Soon we went to freshen up and put on our shorts and t-shirts, just to make ourselves comfortable in this hot weather. Then we decided to unpack our stuff and arrange the room.
While we were unpacking, a light green kurti in Sristi's bag caught Rukmini's attention, as she grabbed it and said, "Woah! This one looks pretty!" "Yeah, it is", said I. "Why don't you try it on, it would look awesome on you!", Sristi exclaimed. "Can I? Okay, wait", Rukku said and with that she went inside the washroom to try it on while we waited for her.
Rukku came out after a minute, wearing that kurti but..... With her shorts!? I and Sristi shared a glance and burst out laughing. Rukku stood at the gate of the washroom, staring at us dumbfounded.
