The day began with me again waking up late and Sristi scolding me, "How can you be so careless, Tara? It's our first day of college!".
I shot glares at her, while gathering my stuff to rush to the bathroom, "Haww! You also got up 15 minutes ago only".
"Still earlier than you".
I stomped my feet before finally going inside the bathroom.

The college campus looked much more crowded today. The chatters of the bustling students echoed in the campus. It was another hot day, with the sun scorching over the head. I was equally excited and nervous. It was finally the big day I waited for with great anticipation.
Sristi, Rukmini and Bristi had already left the hostel room when I got out of the bathroom and now neither they could be found anywhere nor they're picking up my calls. "Bitches", I mumbled while tossing my phone back in my bag.
Right now I was waiting for Hardik because we were in the same class as we had the same stream. Sristi and Bristi were in the same class while Rukmini was alone. I am not worried about her because I believe that she'd soon make a lot of friends. Rather what worried me was whether Sristi and Bristi could get along with eachother. My Sristi was typically an introvert, so I'm not sure if she would try talking to anyone by herself or not. I just prayed that she finds good friends in her batch.
Hardik came just then, waving at me from a distance, "HEY! TARA!"
I was annoyed and was going to burst out at him but my anger washed away when he handed me a cup of tea.
"Wo bahar chai ki tapri hai, socha tumhare liye bhi lete chalu", he said panting.
(Actually there's a tea shop outside, so I thought about taking it for you too)I smiled at his gesture and asked, "Tumhari chai?"
(You're tea?)"Wo to maine bahar hi pee li", he said awkwardly, "Chai thandi to nahi ho gayi na?"
(I had it outside only)(The tea has not become cold, right?)
