The next morning Shivansh called Shriya to his cabin. When Shriya went into his cabin, Shivansh told her to take a seat.
He said, "I wanted to apologize." Shriya urged him to continue.
Shivansh continued saying, "I am really sorry for my behavior that morning. I was wondering about things yesterday and then it suddenly clicked to me that you left the office abruptly because Little Princess fell ill. I told you so many things that day and I regret it now. I am really really sorry Shriya. I shouldn't have questioned your professional ethics that day."
Shriya smiled and said, "It's okay I forgive you."
She was about to leave his cabin when he stopped her and said, "I am not forgiving myself so please let me take you out to dinner tonight, maybe then I will forgive myself."
Shriya denied and said, "I can't, my kids will be home, waiting for me."
Shivansh then told her to bring the kids along because it would be fun with them. Shriya couldn't deny his pleading eyes and agreed for dinner. Shivansh told her that he would pick them and she has to be ready by 7:30 pm.
Shivansh then added, "Since it's a redemption dinner, let's keep it a black tie theme okay?" Shriya nodded and finally left his cabin. She left the office around 6pm and reached home by 6:30pm. She had also called Amma on her way to tell her not to cook dinner for her and the kids. Amma asked why, to which she said that she would explain after reaching home.
After reaching home, Shriya explained everything to Amma and went to dress up with the kids. Shriya dressed Shivi in a maroon three-piece suit with a black shoes, Aadi was dressed in a maroon princess dress and Shriya dressed herself in a maroon corset gown with a thigh slit. They were all looking very cute, handsome and beautiful. They were all ready when they heard a car horn beeping. They all went outside to find Shivansh in a maroon three-piece suit too.
Shriya said, "Hey you thief, you copied us."
Defending himself Shivansh said, "Well I had to, otherwise I would look like a buffoon in black suit while you all were matching each other. I knew you would match the outfits, I noticed it during dinner so I asked my informant for the information."
Shriya was shocked to know that he had an informant in her house and asked, "I would love to know who your informant was."
Shivansh looked behind Shriya, even Shriya turned to see Amma peeping at them.
Shriya laughed and said, "Oh I understand now, chalo let's go, we have to be back early, they have school tomorrow."
Shriya sat beside Shivansh in the car and the kids were in the backseat. They reached the hotel, Shivansh told them to give us a seat near the swimming pool. Shriya could see that it was a very expensive restaurant called 'Spice Terrace'.
They ordered food and were chatting about casual things. Shivansh turned his attention towards the kids asking them about their day. They happily described their day to him and the dinner ended with a dessert.
Shivansh then dropped them back to their house and Shriya thanked him and asked him, "Are you satisfied with yourself now?"
He happily said, "I am very very satisfied with myself now. Did you enjoy it?"
Shriya nodded and said, "It was amazing, I was also very relaxed and stress free after a long time. You can also say that the kids had fun since you let them order whatever they want."
Shivansh smiled at her and ended the day with a side hug. He then sat in his car and drove away with a smile on his face. After changing and putting the kids to bed, Shriya called her friends and told them everything that happened today.
Her friends were happy for her and they asked her, "Do you like him?"
Shriya honestly told her friends, "I really don't know guys, he is a nice and sweet guy. He behaves so well with my kids and I get butterflies around him. I try not to express it but yes I get butterflies a lot."
Her friends assured her, "Shri you know that you can like a guy right?"
"I know yaarr but it's wrong to think about it."
"Shri stop talking like that, you have kids, that doesn't make you unlovable, you can like a guy."
"Yeah don't worry, I am not self-doubting, I love myself."
"Shri, bolne se kuch nahi hota, you have to believe in it."
Shriya dismissing said, "I do believe it guys don't worry."
Nisha's fiance was calling her so kept the call asking me not to overthink and after a little gossip, even Sharanya kept the call. Shriya knows her friends told her not to overthink but she did overthink which kept her awake till two in the night.
On the other hand, Shivansh called his friends from childhood, Advaith and Nivaan, he told them, "Umm guys I think I have to confess something to you both."
Advaith jokingly said, "Don't tell me you have found the girl you were searching for."
Shivansh scratched the back of his head and said, "I think I found her."
Both of her friends were shocked, listening to him and said, "Shivansh, where did you find her?"
Shivansh replied, sighing, "She works for me."
Nivaan questioned him, "Why did you think it's her?"
Shivansh smiled just by thinking about their interactions and said, "I know it in my guts."
Advaith sighed and said, "Don't make rash decisions."
Nivaan also warned him and said, "Don't become a majnu. The things you read are still fictional and love is not simple."
Shivansh said in an offended tone, "Hey, don't bring my books in between. I know the difference."
Advaith taunted, "Yeah like you knew with Vaani."
Shivansh hissed, remembering the past and said, "Stingy bitch, don't remind me of the past."
Nivaan knew that their bickering was about to start so he said, "Advaith shut your mouth. Shivansh be careful with your heart."
Advaith huffed and Shivansh hummed, wishing them good night.
