It was 7am when Shivansh felt a tap on his shoulders. He woke up from his sleep to find himself in a very inappropriate position. His head was in Shriya's lap, Shriya's left hand was under his head and Shriya was sleeping on his chest, her hairs were tied up but Shivansh wanted her open hairs on his face. Also her right hand was on his stomach which was entangled with Shivansh's left hand and Shivansh's right hand was on Shriya's sleeping head. 

An outsider might think that they were embracing each other and sleeping. Shivansh had woken up and told Dhruvan to go away because he didn't want anyone to disturb Shriya's sleep. Shivansh was silently enjoying the position he was sleeping in. He recalled a conversation he had with Advaith and Nivaan recently. They had asked him one day, Is he ready to marry Shriya? Shivansh did not reply to his friends' but he can say that he surely will if Shriya agrees to it.

Shriya usually woke up at 6 am for her work and for dropping her kids at school. Today, she suddenly remembered that she had to drop her kids to school so she woke up instinctively. As soon as she opened her eyes, she saw an unfamiliar surrounding, her hands were also entangled with another hand. 

She lifted her head in shock, to find Shivansh staring at her. She quickly untangled her hand and removed her other hand from under his head. 

She said, "Oh fuck I am sore today." 

Shivansh jokingly said, "Well we didn't do anything wrong for you to be sore all over your body." 

Shriya slapped on his arm and said, "Aee you shameless creature, talking dirty so early in the morning." 

Shivansh was still sleeping in her lap, so Shriya said, "Mr. Shivansh get up or I will bang your head on the floor." 

Shivansh quickly woke up and said, "Meenamma why so angry?" 

"Eww, you gave a very bad reference Shivansh, please correct your bollywood or I will surely bang your head on the floor this time." 

Shivansh laughed and moved his body around. Shriya also exercised for a few minutes and said, "Chalo, drop me home and you should also change and come." 

Shivansh joked and said, "Shriya madam has become so demanding of her boss, but what can the poor boss do? He needs her for all the work right?" Shriya smiled at his antics and went to sit in the car.

Shivansh dropped Shriya home and informed her that he will come to pick her up. Shriya said ok and entered her house. Amma informed Shriya that Appa had already dropped the kids at school. Shriya thanked Amma and went to her room to freshen up and get ready for her office. Exactly an hour later, Shivansh picked Shriya up from her house. 

As soon as she settled in the car, Shivansh told Shriya, "Work from my cabin today, we are working on the same thing so do it from my cabin." 

"Well Mr. Shivansh, can you bring my computer to your cabin?" 

"No Ms. Shriya but I can give you mine" 

"Ok then, I will."

They arrived at the office hand in hand and everybody saw this but no one spoke up. Shriya could feel gazes on her and wanted to leave Shivansh's hand but Shivansh didn't let her. 

Once they reached his cabin, Shriya spoke in a high pitched nervous voice, "Everyone saw usss." 

Shivansh casually said, "I know I was there." 

"They will start talking bullshit about us." 

"I know, I don't care." 

Shriya then shook Shivansh's body and said, "They will think we are in a relationship." 

Shivansh then got out of Shriya's grip and said, "Umm hmm, I know." 

Shriya was internally very happy about his nonchalant attitude but she was also scared about what people would say? Shriya dismissed her thoughts, went to Shivansh's computer and started working. She had linked both their computers so whatever was on Shriya's computer could also be seen on Shivansh's computer.

Shivansh settled on the sofa and started working on his part. Shriya found herself staring at him occasionally and sometimes they even made eye contact which Shriya instantly broke when looking at a smirking Shivansh. When Shriya saw the time, it was 3 pm, she informed Shivansh about the time and Shivansh informed her to keep the work aside, he also told her that they are going out on a lunch date. He emphasised on the word date and before Shriya could say anything, Shivansh caught her hands and dragged her away.

Once they settled in the nearby cafe and ordered food for themselves. Shriya then spoke up, "Aren't you becoming too bold?" 

Shivansh acted innocently and said, "Me? Bold?" 

Shriya then said, "Yes you, catching hands in front of the whole office. Calling this lunch a date without even asking me." 

Shivansh decided that it was the right time to confess his feelings for Shriya, he then became all serious and said, "Shriya I realized one thing today." 

Shriya leaned forward and asked, "What did you realize?" 

Shivansh then caught her hands in his and said, "I am in love with you, I didn't want to confess it because I didn't knew what you felt. I confessed today because I couldn't hold it in anymore. I knew you were it for me after our first date." 

Shriya grew serious and said, "You know my kids are my priority." 

"They are my priority as well." 

Shriya was shocked to hear this and asked, "Are you serious?" 

"I am, Shriya, I have been since the compensation dinner, I considered it as our first date, after that we have many dates which was casual breakfast, lunch or dinner for you but it was always a date for me." 

Shriya did not speak for the next few minutes. 

She was thinking a lot of things when Shivansh said, "I can see the wheels turning in your head, Ya-ya but I assure you that I am very serious with my intentions. I have also given it a lot of thoughts before confessing anything to you." 

Shriya snapped out of her head and said, "Eww it's a very bad nickname to call your girlfriend." Shivansh laughed and suddenly realized what she had said. 

He eagerly asked, "Did you say girlfriend?" 

Shriya laughed at his reaction and said, "Yes I did. I also started liking you a long time ago but I couldn't make a move, not until I was sure that you were okay with all my baggage." 

Shivansh kissed her hands after hearing her confession and the food had arrived. They peacefully enjoyed their food and returned home after their lunch date. Shriya could feel the budding romance in the air, hell she felt this budding romance since the office leak situation. 

After reaching the office, Shivansh moved to conference room and dialed both his friends and practically yelled, "She is my girlfriend and yes I am ready to marry her, have been since our first interaction." 

His friends laughed at what they heard and congratulated Shivansh, informing him that they will soon come to India. Shivansh nodded and hung the call up. 

Advaith and Nivaan both stayed overseas and had settled there, they also aim to become a business tycoon like Shivansh. The only difference is that Shivansh came to India and they stayed overseas after completing their MBA, handling and expanding their family business.
