It has been a while since Shriya and Shivansh had that awkward conversation. They worked together everyday, it was appropriate to say that they didn't avoid each other, instead they spent a lot of time together not touching the marriage topic. They avoided that topic like plague. Shivansh and Shriya had announced in the office about the new venture and everyone was working on it very enthusiastically.

A bunch of people were also hired and a new department was made as a cyber development team, Shivansh himself was the head of the team just for a little while until everything settled. The workload was increased and all the hands were on deck to develop and grow their company.

Today was also just a regular office day. Shivansh had taken multiple team meetings to know the progress, some meetings were also with some new clients because they were interested in security for their software firm and all their tech instruments. Due to all the meetings, he stayed till late to complete his team related work. Shriya had also stayed behind because she was also helping her company as much as could.

She was not an expert in cybersecurity but she had an in depth knowledge about it. Shriya was about to go to the cafeteria to make herself some coffee. When she exited her cabin, she saw a light in Shivansh's cabin. She entered the door without knocking, Shivansh got frightened by the sudden movements. Looking at him, Shriya started laughing and asked him if he wanted some coffee.

Shivansh got up from his seat and decided to accompany her.

They made coffee for themselves and Shivansh asked Shriya, "How come you stayed till late today? You usually leave the office by 6pm and it's 11pm right now, aren't the kids waiting for you at home?"

"Naah, I called Amma and asked her to put them down to sleep."

"You should have left."

"Well Mr. Shivansh, if I leave, will you do my work?"

"Well Ms. Shriya, I know you finished your work, what you are working on right now is the cybersecurity part isn't it?"

"Well yes, you are the CEO and you are working on it then I am just an employee, I will obviously work on it."

"Shriya but that's not what you are paid for."

"I saw all the work you had assigned yourself and I already knew which part you were working on so I started doing the parts which were remaining. I know I am not paid for it but I was very bored so I decided to share your workload."

Shivansh shook his head smiling softly. Shriya then said, "If you don't want my help you can just tell me. I will leave."

Shivansh said, "No Ms. Shriya, you can help me all you want, who am I to stop you."

Shriya finished her coffee and started going to her floor.

Shivansh followed her and said, "See, it's 11:30 pm already, let's finish up and leave. We can continue it tomorrow."

Shriya said okay and went to her cabin to shut her computer down, Shivansh did the same and they took the elevator down. They pushed the main doors to leave but the door was locked.

They also tried the back door, it was also locked. Shivansh then called Dhruvan, the building's door guard and he said, "Dhruvan, you locked the office and left without checking the top floors."

Dhruvan said, "Anna, I am so sorry, I didn't know you were still there, you usually leave by 9pm so I locked the gates at 9:30 pm and left for my house."

Shivansh disappointedly said, "Dhruvan, can you come back to unlock the doors?" "Anna, it will take me 2 hours to come back there, I stay very far from the office."

"Ok Dhruvan no need to come, we will just spend the night here."

Shriya questioningly looked at Shivansh and he said, "Dhruvan stays 2 hours away from here, he has to come here, unlock the door then go home and come back again in the morning for his duty, so I told him not to come. We already have maggi and stuff so we can eat that as dinner, why should we bother someone else for us."

Shriya understood and they went to the cafeteria again, Shriya called Amma and told her that she won't be home because she is locked in the office. Amma worriedly asked her, if she was alone in the locked office?

Shriya informed Amma that Shivansh was here so Amma said, "Oh, then it's ok, I won't be worried about you now."

Shriya and Shivansh sat in the play area, with a pot of hot maggi between them. They were eating maggi, chatting and joking.

Shivansh said, "I thank you for sharing my workload."

"Ahh man, stop it. It's my wish."

"Shriya?"

"Yes Shivansh?"

"Can you help me with something?"

"Yes Shivansh I surely can, but what do you need my help with?"

"Firstly, I need your help to create a strong firewall, like the one that you have."

"Shivannsshh, how do you know, I have a very strong firewall on my computer."

Shivansh scratched his head and said, "Ummm, I was bored and you were not in your office so I tried opening your computer, I couldn't hack my way in, your firewall was too strong to crack. I want you to create that firewall for the entire office."

Shriya slapped him on his head and said, "Little thief. I can help you but I want money for my work."

"That I will surely give you."

"Ok so first ho gaya what was the second thing you needed help with?"

"You are the chief data scientist but I want you as the head of my cybersecurity team. Will you accept that position?"

Shriya then asked, "Who will take my position?"

Shivansh informed her that he thinks Gargi was appropriate for that position.

Shriya hugged him and happily said, "Ok I will surely accept that position but after everything is settled in. Till then I will help you behind the scenes and you will be the head on paper, agree?"

"Ok I accept your condition."

They finished the maggi and were enjoying the view of the night city.

Shriya was humming a song when she heard Shivansh saying, "You know you sing very well and I love your voice."

Shriya shyly thanked him and commented, "But you sing like a crow."

Shivansh looked at Shriya with an offended look and said, "Hey you are one of the few people who get to hear my special nightingale voice."

Shriya laughed and said, "Mr. Drama Queen, you think very highly of yourself."

Shivansh chuckled and said, "I am Mr. Drama King, baby."

Shriya's heart raced when she heard Shivansh calling her baby but she did not react to it and continued humming. After a while, she looked towards Shivansh when she didn't hear anything to find him sleeping and softly snoring. She smiled at him and saw how uncomfortably he was sleeping, so she woke him up and offered him to sleep on her lap.

Shivansh did not think twice and kept his head in Shriya's lap falling asleep instantly. Shivansh was feeling uncomfortable so she kept her left hand under his head, he frowned when Shriya moved his head so Shriya slightly kissed on his forehead and slept taking the wall as her support.
