Today is a free day which means we can do whatever we want. No training, No interviews, No games.
Xavi did say we had two days so we go back to training on Monday. Its still 7am so i know no one is awake yet.
I make my way downstairs and i have my headphones in, i grab my shoes and start stretching before i go for a run.
Even though there is no training i still like to kept myself fit, on days where we don't train i like to either work out or go for a run and today was feeling like a running kind of day.
Once I finish stretching i make my way to the door and head out. The house we rented is only 15 mins away from the beach so my goal is to run there.
I start my run with a light jog, and once i hit one mile i start jogging at a greater speed.
I finally make it to the beach and decide to grab a small fruit bowl from one of the stands there and sit on the sand and just watch the waves hit the sand.
As i sit there i think about yesterday, Sophia.
I smile at the thought of her name.
Sophia.
She was so interesting, she just does something to me that i have never felt before.
I have her number and i'm not doing anything today.. should i text her?
I pull out my phone and check the time, its 9am. I don't know if she's awake yet but then again she's also an athlete so she must be. I don't know much about volleyball but i'm sure they wake up early and play right?
I open my messages and i type in her name

I press send and wait for her reply.
I lay in the sand and close my eyes and just enjoy the sound of the ocean.
i hear the message come through on my Airpods.

I send her my address and look at the time and its already 9:20am
I have to run back home and shower and get ready. I stand up from the sand and shake off the remaining sand on me and start my run back.
I make it home and its already 10:12am I dont know why i was much quicker getting home than leaving.
I get inside and see all the boys awake.
"YO " i hear Ferran say as i sprint upstairs.
"Whats the rush" He says as he follows behind me.
" Remember the girl from last night that you saw me talking too?" i say from my closet.
Ferran sits on my bed watching me take clothes out and try to put an outfit together.
"Oh yeah that brunette"
"well we hit it off and we exchanged numbers, so i texted her this morning and we made plans to hang out today." i say as i find my outfit.

I start taking my shirt off and grab my towel to hop in the shower.
"what are you guys doing and can i come?" i hear him say from outside the bathroom.
"no and i don't know, i'm going to watch her practice today and then we will hang out" i say as i turn the water on and hop in.
Once i come out i see Ferran is still in my room on his phone.
" Practice what?" he says once more.
" She plays volleyball " i say as i dress myself in the bathroom since he's in my room and there is no point in asking him to leave since he wont listen.
I check the time again and see its already 11:08am. I quickly grab my shoes and put them on and head downstairs with Ferran following behind me.
"Where are you guys going?" asks Gavi
"Pepi has a date and he doesnt want any of us to go" He says with a smile because he knows that everyone will make a big deal and ask a million questions.
I shoot him a death glare and he just laughs as we reach the bottom of the stairs.
I hear my phone buzz and see is Sophia.

I'm outside, the gate is closed
" Sorry guys, no time to explain. My rides here" I say as i open the door and open the gate and see Sophia's car pull in.
I try to quickly get out before all the guys come out and see Sophia because i know they will want to ask her questions and not that I'm ashamed to be seen with her but more like embarrassed of my teammates and how they act, they can be a bit to much. But of course they all run after me and come outside and see Sophia and run to the car and introduce themselves to her.
