February 17th 2024. It is a Saturday.
Sotsona makes her way over to the rich customers' table.
Line 1) Sotsona's inner thoughts: Here goes nothing.
Sotsona
Line 2) I have your drinks.
She does a cool trick when she puts the plate of drinks over her head and twists her arm at the same time.
Sotsona
Line 3) Drinks from the bar for two!
The men are fascinated by her trick.
She twists her arm back out and puts the drinks on some coasters.
The men applaud her for her skills.
She accepts the praise, but is all nervous on the inside.
Line 4) Sotsona's inner thoughts: Why did I do something that bold? That was way too risky.
Line 5) Sotsona's inner thoughts: I guess I kind of DO want to impress these guys.
Line 6) Sotsona's inner thoughts: Who knows, maybe one of them is a critic.
Line 7) Sotsona's inner thoughts: I have to give them a good impression. The restaurant's reputation is on the line.
Sotsona
Line 8) Are you guys ready to order your main courses? Or do you need more time?
The men smile at Sotsona.
Guy 1
Line 9) We're ready to order.
Sotsona takes out her notepad and gets ready to jot down their orders.
Guy 1
Line 10) I'll take the porterhouse steak, please.
Sotsona
Line 11) That comes with a side of mashed potatoes and asparagus. Would you like to change that?
