Episode 98:

The day is June 22nd 2024*. It's a Saturday.

*It is Adairius' (Casimir's father's birthday), refer back to episode 85, details in between lines 8 and 9, etc.

Casimir and Sotsona get ready to visit his father's grave, along with Celestyn and Zephryn.

Sotsona's narration:

Line 1) Last Sunday, I met my mother for the first time in 4 months.

Line 2) I was filled with such confusion, not knowing how to maneuver the situation whatsoever.

Line 3) The next day, I went to work as per usual, letting what happened absorb within me a bit.

Line 4) For some reason, I remembered what that lady from the yacht in Palau said to me when we were speaking on the balcony.

Line 5) She told me that, "Whatever is meant to be will make it's way to no matter what."*

Line 6) After weighing out my options, I decided not to delay meeting my parents since I ran into my mother so suddenly. I think that our unexpected run-in might have something to do with fate.

*Refer back to episode 45, line 45.

Line 7) But, when I thought about how Casimir got upset when I slightly dismissed all that's happened with us within 4 months, I thought of something else she had said to me.

Line 8) "You can ignore time. Or you can go along with it."*

*Refer back to episode 95, line 95.

Line 9) By implying that all we've been through seemed trivial, I was being insensitive.

Line 10) Sure, it's only been 4 months, but it's been the most life-changing 4 months of my life.

Line 11) I faced my fears, changed my beliefs, fell in love, and lived my life to its fullest.

Line 12) It happened fast, but I was anticipating something like this to happen for so long that I took it as it came into my life.
