DEAN PULLED INTO THE gas station, getting out of the car to pump gas. Juliette was sitting in the back of the Impala, legs sprawled out across the seat, leaning on the door as a back rest. She was reading Frankenstein by Mary Shelley, while humming highway to hell.

The drivers and passengers' side windows were down, as Dean got out, "Alright, I figure we'd hit Tucumcari by lunch, then head south, hit Bisbee by midnight." Juliette nodded and flipped a page in her book while Sam stayed silent on his phone, "Sam wears women's underwear."

Juliette through her head back and laughed, while Sam looked up for a moment before continuing to go on his phone, "I've been listenin', I'm just busy."

"Busy doin' what?" Inquired Dean.

Juliette flipped another page, "Probably figuring out when they're having the next comic con."

"Haha, very funny. Reading e-mails."

Dean began pumping gas, "E-mails from who?"

"From my friends at Stanford." Answered Sam.

"You're kidding. You still keep in touch with your college buddies?" Asked Dean.

Juliette finally put her book down and poked her head between the drivers and passengers seat, looking at sam, "there's no way."

"Why not?"

Dean looked confused, "Well, what exactly do you tell 'em? You know, about where you've been, what you've been doin'?"

"I tell 'em I'm on a road trip with my big brother and my adorable kid sister. I tell 'em I needed some time off after Jess." Sam confirmed.

Juliette picked her book back up again and sat back, "Do they know your 'adorable kid sister' once stabbed a werewolf in the back with a silver dagger 13 times."

Sam shook his head, "actually I conveniently left that part out."

Juliette opened back up to the page she was at in her book and muttered shaking her head, "always down playing me."

"so you lie to 'em." Said Dean.

"No. I just don't tell 'em...." Sam trailed off, "everything."

"Yeah, that's called lying." Dean nodded, "I mean, hey, man, I get it, tellin' the truth is far worse."

Juliette gave Dean a humorous look, "What's he supposed to say Dean?" Juliette began doing a terrible impression of Sam, "'Me and my family hunt demons for a living, last week we killed Bloody Mary. The month before that we stopped a plane that was going to be hijacked by an evil demon."

"First of all, I do not sound like that Juliette-Jane." He said semi-sarcastically, "So, what am I supposed to do, just cut everybody out of my life?"

Dean shrugged, as Juliette looked up from her book yet again, "well you don't see me joining the girl scouts, do ya?"
