Nick POV

Me and Matt are live right now.
"Hey, why didn't you tell me you were going live?" Chris asked, walking in the kitchen where we were. Me and Matt looked at each other, confused.
"Why are you home?" Matt asked
"Where else would I be?" He looked confused.
"Have you been home the whole day?" I asked, hoping he just got home early.
"Yes. What are you talking about?"
"Chris, you didn't forget." I said in disbelief.
"What w-" he was cut off by the door opening and slamming. Y/N stormed in tears streaming down her face.
"Y/N, what wrong?" Chris asked, going over to her.
"Get the fuck away from me." She pushed him away, storming upstairs. He imedietly chased after her. I ended the live and slowly followed.
"What are you doing? What happened?" Chris asked her as she went around his room collecting her things.
"Talk to me!" He yelled as she didn't answer. She stood up sharply.
"You want me to talk to you? Maybe I wanted you to talk to me! Tell me what was so important!" She breathed heavily angry and hurt.
"What do you mean?"
"I wanna know what was so important last year you forgot our anniversary! I want to know why you just ignore me some days just because you feel like it! I wanna know what was so fucking important today that you forgot my fucking birthday!"
"No," he sighed, realizing what he did.
"Y/N, please. It's only 4. There's still part of the day. Let's go do something."
"Are you actually fucking serious! You don't even care! Did you ever care?" Her voice cracked, tears flowing faster.
"Of course I care. I love you."
"Do you? Because you can't just say you love me but not show it. It's not fair to me, Chris! I try s-so hard!" She wiped her eyes.
"You don't even care that you're hurting me! You only talk to me when you're bored, you never just want to! I don't deserve this! I have tried to t-talk to you about it, but you just yell and turn it into a fight! It doesn't matter if I ever need you because you're busy and have better things to do! But I'm always there for you! Whatever you need! I'm there! A-and you can't even remember my birthday!" She tried to keep her emotions in.
"Please, Y/N. Just calm down. We can talk."
"And you still don't care! If I get mad at you I'm being a bitch and I need to calm down! But you can yell at me for hours for no reason, and it's ok?"
"Y/N, come on-"
"No, I'm done! You never gave a shit about me, and I'm over it!" She got her things.
"I'm so fucking done with you." She said, walking out. I gave her a sympathetic smile.
"Bye, Nick." She tried to smile. We were such good friends. I don't think she gonna talk to me anymore, but I don't blame her.
"Y/N!" He yelled after her. She ignored him and left.
"Why was she acting like that?" He asked, seeming kind of annoyed.
"Are you serious?"
"I forgot a day, so what? I just have a bad memory." He shrugged.
"Did you listen to anything she said?"
"Well ya, it was being screamed in my ear. It's not true, so it doesn't matter."
"Do you really think that?"
"Wait! I got her a present a while ago. If I give it to her, she'll forgive me faster, right?"
"No. She broke up with you. It's over."
"Shell get over it and come back."
"You really didn't care about her." I realized.

(Time skip)

Chris is miserable. Ever since Y/N broke up with him, he's been a mess. When he realized she was actually done with him, he was sad but pushed it away and got with a lot of girls. But it wore off, and he realized how much she meant to him.
We're out to eat right now. He's extra quiet today.
"It's Y/Ns birthday today." He said, playing with his food.
"You remembered a year too late." Matt said, annoyed. He sighed.
"I texted her again. She still has me blocked." He said sadly. He looked over as he heard the familiar giggle. Y/N. She got up from her table and grabbed her bag. A guy stood next to her and grabbed her hand. She smiled at him, then kissed him. I looked at Chris and saw tears welled in his eyes. As she left, she saw us and smiled. I gave her a little wave, and she was gone. He stood up and went to the bathroom, wiping his eyes.
