Taehyung dipped his paint brush in the colour and started colouring his sketch on the canvas, though his mind was occupied with another thoughts.

They have been back to school for a week now, but something changed after that night. Him and Jungkook weren't back to their usual self.

Usually, they wouldn't go a few minutes without insulting eachother, and yes, although the bickering still exist, it was different. He isn't sure if it's just him, or Jungkook can feel it too, but their arguments raised up a sort of tension between them which was different than before.

The brunette sighed, his eyes fleeting towards the seat where Jungkook was sat a few minutes ago—now left to who knows where after the class ended. Taehyung stayed back because, well, he was just in the mood to paint but looks like he won't get anything done as his mind is busy with thinking about unnecessary thoughts.

He decided to clean up and walk out to search for the other boys. He was about to walk out of their art room with a glass full of water mixed with different paints to throw it. He opened the door, just when someone walked in and by mistake the dirty water fell on the other student's clear white shirt.

Taehyung gasped and looked up ready to apologize, but stopped, "Jungkook?"

"What the fuck, Taehyung?" Jungkook hissed, looking down at the mess, "I bought this just a few days ago!"

Taehyung snickered, "well, oops." He was about to walk away but Jungkook held him by his arm.

"Oops? That's it?" Jungkook scoffed.

Taehyung rolled his eyes, "what do you want? A sorry?" He chuckled, "dream on."

Jungkook pulled him inside the room and closed the door behind him, "you talk too much." He walked forward making Taehyung frown a little and start taking steps back.

"Lamest comeback ever." Taehyung scoffed.

Jungkook smirked and bent down. Taehyung's eye's widened at the action. His heartbeat stupidly fastening because of the close proximity with his mate, "what- what the fuck are you doing?"

Taehyung bend backward a little more when the other leaned towards him, the table behind him and Jungkook's both arms caging him, forcing him to stay in place.

Taehyung gulped, his mind screamed at him to push the other away but his damn body didn't move.

Jungkook smirked, "well, oops."

Taehyung frowned but before he could react, Jungkook was already putting paint on his face. He squeezed some on his plam from the table behind when Taehyung was too busy staring at him.

Taehyung closed his eyes as the cool paint was smeared on his cheeks.

Jungkook's attention got diverted from smearing the paint to Taehyung's facial features and the close proximity of the two of them. His hands stopped it's movements and just rested on the other's cheek. His eyes roaming all over the brunette's face.

Taehyung opened his eyes and looked straight into the other's, making Jungkook gulp, his heartbeat increasing, hand slowly dropping down by his side. Both of their gazes flickered towards the other's lips.

Jungkook's eyes widened when Taehyung held him by his nape and pulled him forward.

Taehyung placed his cheek against him and rubbed it, putting the paint on the ravenette's cheek as well.

He pulled back and looked at the raven head's face, who looked a little dazed. And although he was no better, he put on a cocky smirk, moving away from him, "this is how a comeback should be, sweetheart, that leaves the other person in shock not like your lame ones."
