"And how are you going to convince them I'm on their side?" Adriel wonders.
"In time, they'll be convinced. If the few don't, I know how I'm going to deal with them," Abner responds.
"There are many things the Church secretly invented that nobody used. Now the time has come for it to be utilized," Adriel stated.
Abner raises his eyebrow, wondering what Adriel wants exactly from the tools that the Church hides.
"If someone invents something precious, it should be gifted to the whole world and never abandoned in the darkness," Adriel continued.

Desmond puts his foot on the ground of the human realm, seeing his friends waiting for him impatiently.
"Who was it?" Jillian asked.
"Someone goes by the name Reya. I was told that your son is somewhere not in her place; she herself has no idea where he went."
"What do you mean?" Jillian replied.
He shows her the crown of thorns and a device with one button.
"The crown is to contact her without the need to go inside. As for this device... I have to find out myself," Desmond commented.
She takes the crown from his hand, and he presses the button of the device, which shows a recording of Álvaro standing next to the sleeping body of Clay Kaczmarek.
Then he receives a call from an Abstergo scientist, but their conversation wasn't clear because there was no voice.
"What the hell!" William Miles commented.
"But he was dead," Shaun whispered.
"They announced us dead in order to use us for their experiments... Thanks to our fallen friends, if they hadn't acted, we would've died for real," Lin remarked.
The recording stops at Kaczmarek's body, with a wire injected into it which explores his ancestors' memories even if he's unconscious.
On the other hand, Jillian looks at the arc whose portal is still open, thinking Desmond hides something.

Mother Superion passes the training courtyard, and two nuns pass her, lowering their heads with respect. However, she is stopped by Mary, whose face expresses concern.
"What is it?" Mother Superion asked.
"You should keep an eye on those whom you trust, Mother," Mary warned.
"Be specific," Superion responds.
She picks up her phone, handing an earpiece to Mother Superion.
Picking up her phone and playing the recording of Father Vincent talking to Kristian Schaefer, at the moment it was finished, Mother Superion couldn't believe what she heard.
"Is he really what he told us, or just some mole to his order?" Mary questioned.
Superion looks at Mary with an expressionless eye.
"Send it to me, and I'll handle it from here," Superion assures Mary.
As she walks away from Mary, she picks up her phone and calls the driver.
"Bring the car," Superion ordered.

Vincent holds his cup of coffee in both hands as he takes a sip from it.
Ava places her foot on the balcony, looking at the cloudy sky above them.
"It should be examined before injecting it into my back, Father," said Ava.
