02. Pizza and a show

Casey wakes up in present day new york, but for him, the past.

"Where...? I made it? All right, Casey." Casey takes in his surroundings before snapping back to atention, now focusing on the task at hand. "Here we go. Find the Key, stop the Krang."

Casey runs into the city, off to find a way to stop his future from happening, and to save humanity.

Meanwhile on the brooklyn bridge, an event takes place, and a figure is taking careful steps while making his way to the top of the brooklyn bridge. that figure is Leo.

"Easy does it, Leo. You've got this. Concentrate. The whole world's counting on you..... to break the pizza box stack record! Hundred and twenty five boxes! You know, they say it couldn't be done, but look who's doing it, moi. You know, that's Spanish for "Leo". The turtle says, his brother in purple coming up somewhere behind him using his shell as a jet pack.

"Go ahead, my non-lingual friend, count your unhatched fowl. My record stands until you reach the top, which according to my calculations of wind speed, barometric pressure, and dew point, is highly unlikely." Donnie tells his brother.

Yet another swings up from under the two with his Nunchaku to land on the bridge and continue walking behind Leo.

"According to my calculations, as long as you believe in yourself, you can do anything!" states Mikey.

A third portals her way onto the bridge and walks behind Leo and Mikey. "Thats the spirit Mikey, You can do it Nardo." Says Heidi.

"Thanks, you two. No one believes in himself more than me. Leo!"

The three chant leos name as he makes his way to the top of the Brooklyn Bridge, still with the pizza boxes balancing on his (bald) head.

Once Leo reaches the top of the Bridge he backflips, landing on his knees and cheering.

"Yes! I am Leo!"

Donnie is unimpressed and pouts at his loss. Mikey joins his brother in blue and Heidi sits on the ground cheering with the two happy turtles.

"Yeah, Baby!" Exclaims Mikey.

Leo reaches a hand down to Heidi and she chuckles, taking it as he spins her.

"There you are. I've been looking all over for you guys." A voice interupts. Raph had just appeared on the Building.

Leo takes notice of his older brother's presence and informs him of his new victory.

"Oh, hey, raph. Guess who just broke the record?"

Raph is speachless for a moment, letting out a small surprised scoff.

"What?! You did?! How many did you-" Raph shakes his head and groans as he tries to focus

"stop distracting raph! We were supposed to be training-"

"A-tuh-tuh-tuh." interupts Leo "Hold that thought. Donnie?"

"Donnie?" Mikey repeats.

Heidi giggles at Donnies reaction, sighing befroe speaking "you, sir, have bested me. Mazel."

"Ahem" Leo says, holding a hand to where his ear supposedly is.

"Ahem" Copies Mikey.

Heidi tries to stiffle down her fit of giggles as she watches the purple clad turtle grow more annoyed at his brothers.

eventually Donnie forces humself to give the two their satisfaction. "Leo. Leo." he chants in a monotone voice, curling up into a ball as Heidi fails to contain her laughing beside him. He rolls her eyes but smiles gently at her.

Now all four are cheering, Raph gets annoyed with this.

"Stop it! Leo, we have work to do and you dragged them out here for this?" asks Raph.

"Training, record breaking. The choice was clear."

the four had now sat down, taking a slice. Leo hands Heidi a slice and she smiles at him as she takes it. Leo can feel his cheeks heat up. he turns his attention back to his older brother.

"Ugh. Dang it, Leo. Everything's not about you. When are you gonna grow up and start acting like a hero?" Raph says, hitting a Hero pose in his own little main character moment.

"And there it is. Gentlemen, Heidi." He nods to his brothers, then to Heidi.

Mikey, Donnie, Heidi, and Leo touch their pizza slices together and then bite into them.

"Hey, what? What was that? What are you guys doing?" questions Raph.

"A little game Leo invented." Heidi says through her mouthful of pizza.

"Thank you Heidi. Every time you say the word "heroes", we take a bite of pizza." Leo explains.

"I don't say "heroes" that often!" Raph Says.

To Raphs unfortunatley poor decision of words, The four teens take yet another bite of their pizza.

"LEO! So what if I say he-that word a lot. It's a good word. We need to be that word."

"I think "Word" should be the new bite word" Heidi points out, too which Leo takes a bite and smiles as Heidi chuckles at his action.

Leo gets up, swinging his sword creating a portal. A slice of pizza falls from the portal right into his hand.

"Relax, Raph. We've got this hero thing wired. I mean, our ninjocity is off the charts. We've got some kickin' mystic weapons. And do I need to remind you who has four shells, one back, and defeated the Shredder?" Leo questions while the two turtles behind him show their shells and the human girl raises her hand while smiling.

Out of anger, Raph swats leos peice of pizza out of his hand, Heidi ducks in time so it doesnt hit her.

"Leo!" Raph sighs. "You just dont get it..."

a beaping noise interupts the argument.

"What is all that rac-oh, that's me." Donnie realizes. "Looks like we have a 317-39.4 in progress."

The group falls silent and confused trying to figure out what he meant.

"Uhhhhhh.. huh?" Leo questions.

"Oh, come on. Has nobody read Donnie's big book of bad guy codes? Nobody?"

"Nope" Mikey says.

"Never gonna happen" Leo adds.

"Oh! A robbery?" Asks Heidi. Donnie smiles slightly at heidi thankful that someone at least took the time to read his work.

Leo looks between Heidi and Donnie and gets a little jealous but kept his cool and smiled again when Heidi met his gaze.

"What are we standing around for! Vamanos mi amigos!" Heidi shouts, breaking the silence.
