Happening at the south, Khione rushed to quickly escape from the other god. He did not know how to process everything he heard, his heart whispering that he likes him back, yet his mind was like shouting, thinking of the consequences that would happen if they come to love each other, knowing that they would only get hurt in the end. Drowning in his thoughts, he was disturbed by an orange leaf flying by his face, followed by a female voice.

"Aren't you a little too early, young one?" Infront of him, seems to be another god, with hazel eyes, and long dark red hair, wearing an orange gown.
"You must be the god of winter, no? Allow me to introduce myself, I am Opora, the goddess of Autumn, the season of parting, now now... what brings you here too early?" Khione sat on the snow, staring at the falling leaves on the other side.
"I am... confused to whether listen to my heart, or my mind"
"Well, what happened?"

"The spring god... he confessed his love for me... I do feel something for him too, yet I keep thinking of the future, after all, we gods are destined to be separated all our existence, so is loving each other truly worth? if we'll be distant forever?", Opora thinks for a moment, before giving her piece of advice.

"This may hurt but... I think you should follow your mind" Khione was a little disappointed by the advice, but she might have a reason for this decision.
"You are correct, we are destined to always be divided, so there's nothing else you could do but to dream of you and him in each other's embrace, before the feelings get even more developed, how about you say goodbye to him as soon as possible?" Khione understood her point, and thought that maybe this is the right choice.

"Oh young god... do not frown, Goodbyes aren't all that bad, as the season of parting, saying goodbyes is my nature, by doing so, you are letting go of the past, and opening doors for new beginnings, my point is... by letting go of him, you might unlock new opportunities, to reflect on yourself, to develop a new kind of you, I hope you understand". Khione stood up from his position, finally making up his mind, though it truly hurts for him, there is no defying destiny, all things must come to an end.

"Thank you, great goddess, I shall keep your words, and put it into action"
"Hm, you are greatly welcomed, now, I must take my leave, Farewell, Winter God, may the winds guide your journey". As the leaves flew away, the snow gradually spread all over the south, where Khione spent all of his cold days building up his courage to push away Helianthus and to never see him again. As the time arrives, Helianthus finally arrived at the south, where he sees nothing at the other side but swirling storm of snow and ice, a pair of blue light can be seen in the distant fog, as Khione stepped forward, it was revealed that those blue lights were the god's eyes, filled with sorrow.

"K-Khione? are you... mad?" Helianthus approached the border, only to be pushed back by a strong gust of snow and wind.
"Helianthus... I'm sorry... but this has to stop"
"W-what do you mean?! everything's getting better now! our love was just about to bloom! did you not feel anything when you're with me?..."
"It's... it's not that! wake up Helianthus! we are gods! put upon a curse to be separated, much worse to love each other!"
"But there has to be a way right?... Khione?"

"The only way for this, is to go back to our old days, where we never see each other, goodbye, Helianthus". Khione turns around, and slowly walks away, but Helianthus couldn't bare to see his most beloved one to simply leave, and without thinking, he ran towards him... crossing the border. Khione was startled by a sudden pair of arms hugging him from behind, the enraging storm was replaced by a rather calm weather, Khione has never felt this kind of warmth ever in his life. The covered sky was pierced by rays of light, the crystal tears from Khione's eyes dropped in the soft snow, and suddenly, a flower bloomed to where it dropped. Soon enough, the winter side was filled with flowers everywhere, an effect from the two gods coming in contact.

"Helianthus, you... you crossed the line..."
"Yes, and I've never been this happy in breaking a rule, please Khione... promise you won't leave me". Khione realized that the other god crossing the line, wasn't as bad as he thought, and he decided to never say goodbye to him anymore.

"I promise".
