Kai's POV
Walking into school the next day was so easy, I felt so happy and free. Nothing could change that.
"Kai," I heard my name from somewhere. I searched for the person and found James.
"Hey James."
"I think you are new, so don't talk to him he's a fag." Drake said to James as he walked by.
"What did you just call him." James growled.
"Don't tell me you are a fag as well." Drake shouted at James.
"I'm sorry do I look like a cigarette to you, are you just that stupid." James sassed.
"What." Drake muttered confused.
"Well a fag is a cigarette, but you obviously don't know that because we don't look like cigarettes."
"Do you think you are funny?" Drake questioned.
"Well I've been told by a few people that I'm funny so, yeah I think I am."
At that Drake threw his fist out as if to punch Drake in the face.
"What the hell." drake seethed at Dom who had stopped his fist from going anywhere near James.
"If you so much as look at them you will be begging me to stop." he threatened.
"What are you gonna do." drake taunted.
"This." Dom pulled his hand back and punched Drake in the stomach really hard causing him to fall to the floor.
"Oomph." drake said as he hit the floor.
Right then is when Alec and Grace walked around the corner.
"What did that asshole do?" Alec growled.
"Nothing, he just tried to get me not to talk to Kai." James replied appearing really calm.
Alec walked over to Drake cracking his knuckles.
"I've wanted to do this for a while." he muttered as he drew back his fist and punched him again and again.
That's how we ended up where we are now at the principles office sitting across from her. She will probably go easy on us as she is a friend of the Luna.
"Boys, please tell me again what happened."
"I walked into school and started talking to James, then Drake came over and tried to tell him to stop talking to me and called me a ' fag'. James got sassy at him and Drake tried to punch him. Dom caught his fist and punched him."
"Why did you punch him Dominik?" She asked.
"He's been giving my baby brother hell for year for being gay and has been beating him unconscious."
"It's good that you have someone like Dominik, Kai." the principle said.
"Then Alec arrived and punched him because Alec has been here all the years he has been beating me and he really hates him." I finished.
"I understand why you did what you did, but you all have one detention at break tomorrow, it's short and you really shouldn't go but some other teachers would get annoyed if they found out you got off with nothing." she explained.
We nodded before standing up to leave.
"Oh and Drake will probably get suspended. go to your break now. bye."
We all walked towards the cafeteria.
"Guys I'm gonna go to the bathroom." I told them before I walked down the corridor towards them.
I could hear voices up ahead but I chose to ignore them as I walked into the bathroom.
I did my business and walked out to see the most shocking sight.
Seth, my mate, kissing some girl. he had his hands on her chest and she on his biceps pulling him closer to her.
"What!" I gasped as tears started forming in my eyes.
Seth pulled away from her and looked at me.
"Kai. Wait." he gasped.
I didn't, I ran.
Seth's POV
I walked out of my math class excited about seeing my mate at break. I was pulled down a corridor by someone.
They kept pulling me until we stopped outside a class near the bathrooms.
"What do you want?" I asked the person, who turned out to be Ruby.
"Well I want you." she told me running her nail up my chest trying to be seductive. Emphasis on trying.
That's when I smelt it. My mate Kai. I love him so much that it hurts.
I heard the bathroom door open then felt a sting on my cheek.
"Listen to me. I want you to do dirty, dirty things to me." she told me.
"I don't." I replied honestly. All I could think about was Kai.
I heard the bathroom door open and Ruby grabbed my biceps kissing me on the lips.
I put my hands out trying to push her away when I heard it.
"What!" Kai gasped.
My wolf whined wanting to go to Kai but wanting to jump on lava to get rid of the scent of this girl that was kissing me. Shit.
I quickly pushed her away.
"Kai. Wait." I gasped trying to get her to let go.
He didn't wait he ran.
My wolf whined at me for letting that stupid girl kiss me.
"Seth." she whispered in my ear causing shivers of disgust to rack down my spine. "Cone to the supply closet with me."
"No." I shouted and ran down the hall to look for Kai.
I ran into the cafeteria to see Zach, Alec, Grace, James, Thea and Dom sitting at our table.
"Have any of you seen Kai." I gasped out as I felt tears threatening to fall.
"No. Kian just left a minute ago. I think he went to look for him. Why?" Dom asked.
"Ruby pulled me down a corridor and kissed me, and Kai saw and took it the wrong way." I cried as I sank to my knees.
It's not fair. I just got him and now I've probably lost him all because of one stupid girl who kissed me.
