Kai's POV
After the bombshell that Zach told me I stood in shock for a couple of minutes.
"Hello, Kai." Zach said waving his hand in front of my face.
"You just said like my best friend for ages is your mate, let me be in shock." I snapped.
"Okay, but we have to get to school."
"Fine." I huffed and walked past him.
"Alec, Grace let's go now." I growled when I stepped downstairs.
"Okay." Grace said standing up and dragging Alec up with her.
When we got to the car Grace turned round and properly looked at my face.
"Oh my god." she said.
"What." Alec said as he turned around."Holy Shit, what happened"
"You know Drake and Steve."
"I'm gonna kill them."Alec threatened.
"Calm down Alec." Grace said trying to calm her twin down.
"Calm down, do you not fucking see his face." he shouted.
"I do, but getting mad at us won't help. Now if you were to get mad Drake and Steve." Grace said.
"Guys, leave it. It doesn't matter." I said.
"It does." Alec argued.
That's when we pulled into school.
"Hey, apparently we have two new students today." Grace said.
"Really, do you know their names?" Alec asked.
"Nope," Grace replied.
Great even more people. I'm definitely not going to school today.
"Jace, get yo ass out the car." Alec said.
"Don't call me that." I snapped at him.
"Fine." He snapped and walked away.
"Bye, see ya later Kai." Grace said and ran after her twin.
Good. They won't know that I'm skipping school until after.
I walked out of the school parking pot and into the woods.
With every step I took into the woods I became more tired. More lost.
I'm meant to never get lost in the woods, if only my father could see me now. He would call me worthless, I would be a disappointment to him and to my brother's as well.
I'm just a disappointment to everyone. No one will admit it but I am.

My hands start to fidget, getting drawn to my bag.
' Do it, you are worthless'
Please stop. Leave me alone. I begged into my mind.
' Take out the blade, and drag it across your arm'
I took the blade out of my bag, listening to the voice.
' That's it, good job Kai. Now do it deeper'
I did as the voice said until I got light headed and everything went black and I passed out.
*its over now*
*Dream*
I looked up to see a familiar face looking down at me.
I looked all around me to see all of my friends lying covered in blood.
"Who are you." I gasped.
"Jace, is that you." The person said.
I wiped some blood off of my forehead.
"Who are you." I screamed.
"I'm............"
*End of Dream*
I woke up in the middle of the woods, still creaped out by my dream.
I know that boy but I'm sure the last time I seen him he was younger.
