The gift

After the talent show, I decided to go inside my room and try to take a rest and maybe draw some pictures for the others,saying that they all did a great job,after a while I just finished gangles picture when I heard a knock at my door. I opened it up,to see that it was Jax. He was holding the trophy in his hands,I had decided to let him keep it when I saw how happy he looked when he took it from Caine. "Hey Jax" I mewed, wondering why he was here.
"Hey comet." Jax said "I wanted to say..thanks for being my friend and now..thanks to you, I have more friends. They treat me as one,and I treated them as one back. So I just wanted to give you this." As he finished he gave me a small box with a letter on it. " you can tell me thank you later." And whith that,Jax left. I sat on my bed and opened the letter first. It read:
Dear Comet,
Thank you for being my only friend for a while. You showed a side of me I thought I'd lost. Now,I got rid of all my prank stuff,and treated the others more kindly. And I wanted you to have this. I found it in my closet when I first got here and I want you to have it. Hope you like it.

I opened the gift to see a pink bandanna with "comet" stitched onto it. Above it was a design of a comet,blue crystal with a pink and purple tail blazing across the pink fabric. I put it on my neck and looked into the mirror. Even though I was stuck here.
I wasn't alone. Jax and the others would keep me safe.
