When Selenia saw. her tender mother, tears began to flow on her cheeks. She who had never seen her again for years, shimmering herself for the feeling of having sent him to death in the clutches of M the Evil, now her ghost appears before her. Under the blow of emotion, Selenia's legs could no longer hold her upright and she fell on her knees next to Eldarion who had bowed before the phantom.

"Freesia? Is that you?" asked Sifrat on the verge of tears, as he and Betameche had gathered around Selenia.

"Yes, my husband, it's me," replied the ghost of the minimoy queen in an uneventful emotion.

Sifrat and Betameche would have thrown themselves into the queen's arms, but alas, Freesia had no substance to embrace, because of her ethereal undead nature. This did not prevent her from rushing to her husband and son to hug them in his spectral arms. Surprisingly, Betameche and Sifrat still managed to feel his loving embrace. Crying tears of joy, they finally let themselves be tempted and they tried to hug the ghost of Queen Freesia in their arms, which they did successfully.

"My loves, I have all missed you so much," the queen confided while weeping her joy." How I wish I could truly be among you all from the beginning."

"But we all know why you couldn't have been there any longer, right? We all know this is all my fault." Selenia replied with a voice full of sadness. She had stood aside, her head down, crying in silence, overwhelmed by the weight of her guilt on her shoulders.

This response caught the attention of his entire family. Disconcerted, Freesia spoke again as she advanced toward her daughter:

"Selenia, what are you saying there, darling? And why do flee my gaze?" She asked after she had lowered herself enough to have her head at the same height as the princess.

"I was the one who disobeyed both of you that day, and it was because of my disobedience that you died. If I hadn't decided to do as I please and go exploring the seven kingdoms alone at such a young age, you would never have surrendered to M the Evil. So if I flee your gaze, it is because I am never forgiven all this, because I feel so guilty for sending you to death, my tender mother." replied Selenia overwhelmed by remorse, regret and sorrow.

She put her hand under her daughter's chin, urging her to rise to face her. This time Selenia could not escape the gaze. It would be that moment when her mother would punish her for all this, she was convinced of it. But surprisingly, Queen Freesia's gaze seemed to bear no anger, no resentment. No, she looked at her daughter with great tenderness, compassion and love.

"My beloved little rose, I never wanted you to see things that way." said Freesia, who in a burst of comfort wiped a tear that ran down Selenia's cheek with a back of her whimsical thumb. You're hurting yourself for nothing, because in the end it was I who decided to give myself up to M the Evil to save one of my two sublime children."

Then she hugged her daughter warmly. Selenia continued to cry in silence, but this time it was tears of joy. After so many years spent without her mother, remembering her faults to the point of hurting herself, imagining that she deserved no forgiveness, here she is again in the arms of her mother, feeling this mother-daughter love again. A feeling she had not felt for a long time, and which now comforted her.

Freesia used her right hand to straighten her daughter's head, prompting her to look her in the eye. Then she said:

"You know, my darling, the autarch Eldarion told me everything. Your meeting, your old resentment, your final quarrel. But above all he told me that Princess Selenia needed her mother to come and comfort her from the ailments she had suffered for so long. Evils that tormented her since my sacrifice.
