Jungkook was working late at night, it wasn't like someone was waiting for him at home. Earlier Sarah would have bloomed his whole phone with calls and messages and even he himself would try to come to her early only.

He missed those days when everything was normal and loving for both of them.

"Coffee." Ria, the newbie put the coffee on the table.

Jungkook looked at her and brushed his hair, he looked like a menace. He had dark circles too.

"Thanks, why are you still here? Everybody is off home." He asked turning the pages.

"I want a good appraisal." She smiled sipping her coffee and he nodded.

Jungkook was never someone who talked alot around strangers, he was only extrovert around Sarah and now he didn't speak to her aswell.

Jungkook looked at her when she didn't leave, she was standing against his table calmly. He didn't know how to say to her to leave him alone. He didn't like to be around anyone now.

"So? How is your lucky wife?" She asked.

"Good." He replied shortly.

"Ofcourse she would be, if I had a husband who would never complain and work hard for me." She chuckled.

"If it's with reference to that day then she wasn't home. Also, I didn't like the way you talked about my wife in that taunting tone, mind it next time." Jungkook looked away and stated working again.

"I am sorry, I didn't mean it that way. I was just-" He cut her short.

"Ria, I am married and even if things aren't going too well, I still love her. If you have anything in mind more than just an official friendship, I am afraid I will have to do something." Jungkook said bluntly.

"I was just worried about you." Ria tried to clarify."I just thought she didn't love you and is not the right girl for me." Jungkook sighed.

"Love is never about choosing the perfect person but building a perfect relationship. Also I never thought our relationship was something that could ever end so it's not an option for me I would like to seek." Jungkook said pushing the coffee away."You can leave, I don't have a mind for a baseless argument." He started working again. Ria walked off with a pained heart.

No matter what Jungkook thought of Sarah, he would never let anyone speak ill or think bad about her.

On the other hand, Sarah was sitting alone in a bad, she put her head on the counter and chuckled watching couples.

"Sarah, my shift is going to end soon, stop with the drinks." Mingyu, her school friend who was a bartender there said.

"I don't want to go back to that ugly empty house." Sarah shook her head.

"I am going to call Jungkook." Mingyu said going away to take his phone and ask her husband to pick her up.

"Go ahead, he won't come." Sarah closed her eyes.

Mingyu came back and started packing his stuff.

"He is coming in a few minutes." Mingyu told her.

"Told you he still loves me." Sarah smiled, she was very drunk today.

Jungkook sprinted inside the bar, he sighed, there were just men here and Sarah was an only woman.

"She is still irresponsible." He shook his head and walked to her before he held her purse."Did she pay before or not?" Jungkook asked taking his card out.

"Leave that, she always clears her bill the next day. It won't be a problem." Mingyu told him.

"Clear her dues." He gave his card to him before looking at his wife."Sarah?" He tapped her face. She held his hand and slept on it.
