Chapter 2 - Lost

After 1 year

Leo is going back to work and his sons to school with a sad face as they were planning for their lil princess's birthday which was the next day but were forced by his wife and their mother to go. They all sons left in a car together while Leo left in another car. Leo sitting in the passenger seat couldn't shake off the gut feeling that something bad was going to happen. He knows that his gut feelings can never be wrong and is going to stay home along with his sons but just because his wife forced him and assured him that nothing is going to happen, he is just overthinking. While thinking he didn't even know when he reached his office and his trance was broken by his driver calling him.

Later he goes to his office and goes to his important meeting while keeping his mobile phone silent.

But before silencing the phone he messages his wife.

Hey Bella, are you there?

Yes, hubby. What happened?

Is Principessa okay? (Princess)

Don't worry Leo. I'm here with her.

Umm.. okay.

You don't trust me??

I trust you baby but still..

You know what, finish your meeting and come back home.

Okay, that's great thanks. But call me if something happens, okay?

He kept his mobile on silent mode and closed it.

4 hours later

Leo sighed as his meeting finally ended when he opened his mobile only to see 30+ calls from his sons, his wife and Axel (the bodyguard who was assigned for their protection).

He quickly called his wife and his sons only to get the unanswered calls.

Then he tried to call Axel and he picked up after 2 or 3 rings.

"Boss" he heard Axel's shaken voice.

"WHAT HAPPENED???" Leo shouted only for Axel to get flinched on the other side.

"Bo-Boss Ma-ma'am Pr-prin-cess Ho-hospi-tal" He couldn't form the sentence as he was scared as fuck.

"Which hospital Axel??" He asked calmly sending shivers on the other side as he knew shouting Axel couldn't answer and asking about the situation would be a waste of time.

"Our Mafia base hospital sir" As soon as he gets the answer he rejects the call and drives towards the hospital.

It was 20 minutes drive from his office but he reached there in 10 mins.

As soon as he came inside he went to his VIP ward where he would get all his answers.

He reached the VIP ward only to see his son's stained face but couldn't ask them anything and went towards Axel taking long strides who was keeping his head low and holding his shirt collar pulling and asking him with his red eyes and cold voice.

"Cosa è successo la?" He exclaimed in a very calm and cold voice sending shivers to every person standing there. (What happened there?)

"Capo, davvero-" (Boss, actually-)
