Chapter 3 - Found

In Mumbai, Singhania Mansion, everyone was getting ready for the birthday celebration of little twins, Karan and Arnav, who turned 10 this year. The family always celebrate their birthdays in orphanages during the day while at night have a party where their business delegates and other relatives are called.

They all were ready but the twins weren't happy as their father wasn't there with them to visit the orphanage with them.

As soon as they reached near the orphanage they were blindfolded and taken out of the car by their family members.

When they reached the venue, which was the backyard of the orphanage which was made as a garden for children to play, the twin's grandparents who were helping them to walk started singing along with others.

And they removed the twin's blindfold only to a nice decoration with Happy Birthday written and a big cake and a lot of gifts and heard-

"Happy Birthday!!" from everyone.

They together cut the cake while singing the song and clapping along with others and distributed the gifts to other children. Later they went towards Anand Kaka (Anand uncle), the owner of the orphanage.

"Happy Birthday kids!!" Anand Kaka said wishing the twins.

"Thank you Kaka!!" they said and touched his feet as a gesture of getting a blessing from elders and hugged him.

"May you get a successful and happy life ahea-" he was blessing them when suddenly he heard a loud cry coming from his office.

"Oh no!" he said and ran to his office.

The twins looked at each other and ran behind their kaka to his office only to see him holding a baby and trying to make her stop crying by roaming with her in his arms, but she didn't stop crying.

Later a lady came who worked in the orphanage. She also tried to make her stop crying but she didn't rather she started crying even more.

"Mai ek baar pakdu?" Karan said making their kaka, the lady and his twin look at him. (Can I hold her once?)

The lady once looked at Anand for confirmation which she got and handed the baby to Karan who held her very carefully. But seeing that his twin couldn't along handle the baby, Arnav decided to hold her from the other side making sure to not hurt the baby.

Later they started singing the lullaby and swinging the baby side to side making her stop crying and look at them with her doe eyes.

She heard them carefully and kept looking at them while others also came there sensing that the birthday boys weren't there.

Everyone saw them singing to the baby and awwed at them and at the same time their father came and saw everyone in the owner's office. But when he saw the scene he had a bright smile.

When they stopped singing they looked down at the baby who looked back at them with her big eyes and started smiling. But while smiling and moving her hands she held both of the twins one finger and said something which shocked everyone present in the room.

"Da-da"(Dada means brother in Indian language)

The twins had a wide grin on their faces and looked at everyone when they spotted their father.

They both looked at each other and nodded as if conversing in their mind and went to their father who crouched near them and kissed their forehead as if proud of them for handling the situation.
