In a peaceful land called Whale Island, there stood a house atop a hill. The known residents were the Freecss family. Inside, an elder woman sat at a table with a cup of tea between her hands, a gentle smile on her face as she spoke, "It must be in his blood."

She gazed at an old picture frame of a young man holding a fishing pole, posing coolly with a motorcycle in the background. "No one has been able to catch the Lord since Ging did it at the age of twelve. And now his son has accomplished the same feat at the same age. His eyes have the same shine as his father's."

The elder woman lifted her cup to take a sip. "We can no longer stop him," she continued, turning to face another woman, younger, with neck-length orange hair. This woman sat beside her, a palm resting on her cheek, her brows curved in a solemn expression.

In a small room above, a young child with spiky green hair sat on the floor, wiping away dirt from his fishing pole. This was Gon. A yellow backpack lay open nearby, with a pair of pants, a sleeveless shirt, and socks resting beside him. The door creaked open, revealing his aunt Mito standing with a concerned look. "Are you sure about this, Gon?" she asked.

He nodded in response.

"Your father abandoned you when you were young to become a Hunter," she stated, her voice tinged with frustration. "He chose becoming a Hunter over raising you!" Mito clenched a fist, her anger palpable. But Gon responded with a wide smile, turning to face her.

"Isn't it amazing? Being a Hunter is so great, he was willing to abandon his own kid!" Gon said, his eyes shining with excitement.

Mito was left agape by his words, her frustration turning into bewilderment. "It's a dangerous job! You never know when you might lose your life! Don't you understand?"

"I don't. But I want to know more! I want to become a Hunter and discover why it was so important to my dad!" Gon stood up, determination burning in his eyes. Mito saw it, realizing that the elder woman was right—Gon had made up his mind, and she could no longer stop him.

Her frown softened into a smile, a sigh escaping her lips. "You really are Ging's son," she said, her voice filled with a mix of resignation and pride.

In a quiet, unremarkable city, in a small, unassuming apartment, there lived a person who was anything but ordinary. (Y/n) was, by all accounts, the strongest person alive. With a single punch, they could topple buildings, defeat monstrous foes, and solve most problems that came her way. But for (Y/n), life had become a monotonous routine of overwhelming power and crushing boredom.

The alarm clock buzzed annoyingly at 7 a.m., and with a swift chop, you silenced it. How many alarm clocks have you destroyed? You don't know.

You rolled out of bed, your plain pajamas rustling, and shuffled to the kitchen. Breakfast was the usual—a bowl of cereal that was no match for your spoon-wielding prowess.

As she poured the milk, (Y/n) stared blankly at the cereal. "Why can't I find a cereal that fights back?" she mused, sighing heavily. It would've been better if cereals could literally be a being that argue with you in the morning and sent punches but alas.. they're just foods made for your stomach to devour.
