Act 6: Trust

Yae Sakura being Kujou Sara!? Thats impossible! I mean, how would she even pull it off? She doesn't look like her at all... Can Kitsune transform? Is she is trying to kill me? Scam me? So many questions were in my head and I wanted to know the answers to all of them, or else my head would burst. At once, I felt dizzy and told everyone that I was going to get some rest. I really hope that I could trust them, a complete group of wanted strangers. But, "Should I?" is the real question. It was ringing inside my head over and over again, while I was consistently getting sick to my stomach. I didn't like getting betrayed like that.

*A day later*

"Good morning!" Kafka said to me as I groggily went over to the breakfast table. I guess we were a team now, because Silver Wolf was more friendly than yesterday. Maybe it was just a bad one. I went over to Yae Sakura, and whispered something to her ear. "What happens now? I really need to get back to my home soon. 'The disappearing Kitsune' will be all over the headlines! Maybe even reaching Fontaine. I don't want my precious Ei to worry..." "Don't fret about it" she replied. "We WILL get you back to your home if it's the last thing I do". She said with pure confidence in her voice. I smiled, and got the last bit of hope in me to come out. Maybe the situation wasn't that bad after all.

When the sun finally set, I told Kafka and Silver Wolf that me and Yae Sakura will be on our way, but if we saw anything strange, then we'll report it to them. I was so worried that they wouldn't agree to the idea, but to my surprise, they just let us go with some food and a tracking device. I said my goodbyes and Yae Sakura did too. We were on our way to another adventure!

We were about to leave the complex but then (out of nowhere) a bullet went flying just past my face. "Agh!" I screamed as Kafka swiftly pushed me away from the tiny killing machine, putting me just out of its grasp.
