There we both stood on the roof.

"You have nowhere else to go.. just give up." - Shuichi

"Hm it looks like there isn't a place for me to go. Unless I jump off.." - ???

"Thats a crazy thing to imply seriously? We both know you have no where to go. I'm done with your tricks." - Shuichi

He stared at me for a bit and before I knew it he ran up to the edge of the building and stood there looking down. I quickly followed.

*beep*

I ignore the noise i'm hearing and grab onto his arm afraid of what he might do.

"Wait you can't be serious right?" - Shuichi

My grip only tightened when he wasn't responding. I pull at him, but he doesn't move its like he's glues to the floor.

"Can I at least know who you are please?.."
- Shuichi

"You do know me." - ???

*beep*

The sound interrupts me this time as I start searching for it.

"Shuichi." - ???

My attention snaps back to him. He's never called me by name. He turned around and grabbed my hand moving it, putting it on top of his mask.

*beep*

"This is what you want right? If only our story didn't have to come to an end" - ???

*beep*

He was right yet I was shaking. I slowly took off his mask. *beep*

I quickly let go as the sound was only getting louder making me more anxious. Until it stopped. Thats when I regained focus.

"This is too easy. What are you playing at? What's up with you?" - Shuichi

"I'm not playing anything, but if you want to play a game then how about you be the cat and I'm the mouse?" - ???

Just like that he stepped backwards off of the building falling to what appears to be his death. And me? I tried to reach him my hand missing his barely but due to me being clueless I managed to fall as well and he was gone?.. The ground only got closer until..

*beep beep* *beep beep*

I shot up from bed in a cold sweat. It was all a dream.?

"Woah Shuichi what's your deal? Nightmare?"
- Kokichi

"OUMA?!?!? what are you doing here in my room?!?!?" - Shuichi

"Well your stupid alarm kept going off and...(he trailed off) WOAH SHUICHI WITHOUT A HAT???" - Kokichi

This embarrassed me as I forgot about not having a hat and quickly used the cover to cover my head.

"Ouma get out!" - Shuichi

"Jeez Shuichi I was just going to tell you we're all having breakfast and maybe you'd want to come join us and get ready for Kaede's performance. Also I told you to call me Kokichi remember?" - kokichi

"Yes, sorry Kokichi." - Shuichi

"Don't snooze that alarm again Shuichi. I'll be taking my leave now." - Kokichi

I watched as Kokichi closed the door and walked out. How long have I been asleep anyways? The clock read 9:00 am. I overslept by 2:00 hours?!?! I quickly got into my suit and put on my hat after touching up my hair a bit. I walked into the dinning room where Kaede greeted me.

"Good Morning Shuichi! Here just sit down and I'll serve you a plate ok?" - Kaede

"Are you sure Kaede? I can do it myself-" - Shuichi
