That was definitely Blyke. Geez.

He should have taken care to completely cover up his hair or something- anyone on the street could recognise him in daylight!

Maybe I was exaggerating, but I was worried.

I was peeking slowly from behind a wall in the terrace, making sure my place was not discovered. The fight below was getting intense. Blyke was not heavily wounded yet, but he had sustained some injuries.

I couldn't watch half of the clashes because I don't think any sane person would enjoy watching their junior being wounded to death by a troublemaker.

CRASH!!

Lennon: "STUPID KID! I WILL SHOW YOU WHAT IT MEANS TO WASTE MY PRECIOUS TIME!"

I slightly raised my head from behind the solid wall I was hiding. Blyke was huffing. But he was still standing in his attacking pose and ready to fight.

That's the Jack of Wellston, alright.

BOOM!!

Lennon was throwing attack after attack at him, but he was stealthy and dodged almost all of them.

If anything, I needed to make sure there was atleast one person who could save Blyke if all things went south. As from the looks of it, this crazy Lennon guy was not going to let him run away alive.

If that saviour had to be me, I wouldn't back away.

I wish I could muster the courage to do so if the situation obliged me to.

I wish by the end of this night, we are all safe and sound.

Soon after, a person landed behind me.

My ability was non voluntary, so I sensed the dust moving behind me even though the person had a very soft landing. I got into a defence form and as quickly as I could, conjured two spikes in both my hands.

I spun around.

"Woah! Okay there, I am on your side." He said, raising his arms slightly.

I looked at him up and down, he looked defendless. "How do you know which side I am on?"

He raised his head slightly and pointed at the fight going on below, "Well, you are definitely not on the blonde hair guy's side, are you?"

I relaxed myself, "I am not."

I closed my fist and the two spikes in my hands dissolved into nothingness and vanished into the thin air. I turned my back to him as he started walking towards my side.
