BRIGHT'S POV

"Bright, why haven't you married yet?"

I froze the moment I heard it. I didn't had any plan to confess my feelings.

"Eh, about that-"

I can't! I can't say it!

"Win you know what,their are two type of men in this world. First, the ones who are happily unmarried and the ones who are unhappily married.I chose being happily unmarried. HAHA!!" What am I even saying!!

"Is it because of the person you liked 10 years ago?" He asked.

HOW DOES HE EVEN KNOW ABOUT THAT!?

"What are you talking about?" I tried to sound confused.

"I know I don't have the right to ask you this, but are you still in love with the person you used to love in school?"

"I dont have any problem in talking to you about that but who told you about that?" I asked.

"Don't change the topic. You know what? You should have confessed your feelings. Who would reject you?" He said while yawning.

"You would" I sighed.

"Did you say something?"

"I didn't"

"You know what? It's not easy to live all alone. I have experienced it. It's just been months but I am already bored all alone."

"If you think that..why don't you think of marrying again?"

He opened his eyes immediately the moment he heard that and faced me "NO..I can't. I can't."

His voice was shaking. He closed his eyes again. He leaned and rested his head on my shoulder. It felt warm and comforting.

"I gave my hundred percent to be a good husband but what happened? I can't! I can't do it again!" His voice got lower.

"Win, that was not your fault! You can't give up on your life because of someone else's mistake." I didn't get a reply so I continued.

"I know it was a really big thing, people starts crying even after a 10 days relationship doesn't work out but yours one was a 10 years one." I didn't get a reply again. I moved my face to see why he isn't responding and got to know that he already slept.

"Win, wake up. Atleast go and sleep on the bed. You won't be comfortable here." I said and didn't get a reply again.

I carefully managed to carry Win in my arms and moved him to his bedroom. I cleaned his face and removed his shoes.

The moment I was about to leave, Win reached for my hand held it tightly.

"Don't go. I don't want you to go"

"Win, I'm not going anywhere! I'm just going to sleep on the couch let me know if you need anything okay?"

"No..sleep on the bed. I don't want to be alone."

"But Win-"

"Please Bright" He said. His eyes were still red.

I CAN'T! ITS NOT LIKE I DONT WANT TO IT'S JUST I DONT THINK ITS RIGHT.

I wanted to refuse but I couldn't. I was too sleepy and dizzy to argue.

I slept on the other side of the bed. Another sleepless night maybe..I don't think I'd be able to sleep tonight.

I need some time to process all that has happened today.

After a minute Win came and hugged me tightly from behind.

I can't tell what I was going through. A bunch of emotions were running in my mind.

Though I was really sleepy because of all the headache I went through for this project, I wasn't able to sleep.

I was so close to Win. He was hugging me so tightly still it was one of the most comfortable hug I've ever been in. I don't remember feeling this comfortable and relaxed before.

In all those thoughts I suddenly got reminded of how I saw Win for the first time.

It was his first day in the school. He was wearing a white shirt with blue pants. His skin was looking as smooth as a porcelain doll. He had an innocent smile on his face.

It took me a while to process that a guy this beautiful can exist.

His class was just in front of my class. I used to steal some glances on my way out of my class.

A smile was always on his face which is till now the most beautiful smile for me and it hurts whenever that smile fades. Win deserves the world and I can be against the entire world to give him what he deserves.

Every moment with Win feels like a dream. A dream I never want to wake up from. It feels like I've got everything.

WIN'S POV

I woke up at 7:30 a.m. when the alarm rang. I opened my eyes only to find my head resting on Bright's chest.

I don't remember much from last night but I remember requesting Bright to sleep with me on my bed. God that would be so uncomfortable for Bright.

I tried to move but Bright was holding me so tightly that I couldn't.

He was looking so beautiful while sleeping. His face was glowing and his heart shaped lips were looking beautiful as well.

I poked his nose with my finger which made his eyes flutter as he tried to open them.

"Good morning" I said with a smile.

"Good Morning Win" He smiled as well.

"Did you have a proper sleep?" I asked

"Yes I did! What about you?" He replied.

"I got a great sleep as well! I'm sorry for yesterday though I caused you a lot of trouble right?"

"It's fine, you don't have to apologize. Your car is at the restaurant only. Let's have breakfast then I will drop you." He said.

"Yeah sure. Let me take a quick shower then!"

"Yeah" he said with a smile.

"Eh, can you please let go of me-"

"Oh! I am so sorry!" He panicked.

"It's fine" his sudden change in expression made me laugh.

We both laughed for a while and then I made my way to the washroom.
