WIN'S POV

"You don't have to drop me to the restaurant. I will take a cab instead!" I messaged Bright at 3 p.m. as I didn't want to cause him trouble anymore.

I know that I have blocked Lita but it is definitely not the end. If Lita wants something she will do anything to get it.

Even at the time of separation she used her every possible contacts and techniques to stop this because of her reputation.

One of my lawyer friend helped me a lot at that time. She wouldn't have stopped otherwise.

But what does she need now? What is their to talk now? Their is nothing left between us!

"Hi Win" Boom said which made me come out of my thoughts.

"Hey Boom! you good?" I replied.

"Ofcourse! What about you!"

"I am also fine" I smiled.

"I heard Bright sir dropped you at your place yesterday. Did you reach home safely?"

Eh..we did..and I ended up embarrassing myself.

"Maybe that's why I'm in front of you right now!" I replied with a smile.

I still haven't forgotten about last night. I slept so comfortably after months. I missed the feeling of being in someone's arms. It felt...nice.

"Why did you guys left early? Is everything alright?"

"Yeah..Aou planned a movie night for us..we haven't got time for each other for days. So yeah!" He blushed.

They are so cute.

I miss having love like them. I don't even know if I ever had it in my life..it mostly felt one sided.

BRIGHT'S POV

I haven't processed the stuff from last night yet. It all just feels like a dream. It felt unreal.

When Win hugged me I felt the luckiest person ever. It was the most beautiful feeling ever. A warmth that I always needed.

When Win asked me to sleep beside him. I could feel a mix of emotions in me. Happiness, a bit of excitement and a lot of nervousness.

When I did breakfast with him it felt like stepping into a storybook scene where every sip of coffee and every bite of food feels like a magical moment.

When he was the first thing I saw in the morning I couldn't believe that a person could look this beautiful the moment he wakes up.

While riding in the same car as him, it was like being in my own little world, just the two of us, with the rest of the world fading into the background. Every glance, every shared laugh, and even the comfortable silence felt like the most precious moments.

It was 8:20 p.m. when I saw Win gathering his stuff. Me who was already done with clearing the mess of my desk made my way towards him.

My work was done an hour ago but I didn't want to cause Win trouble by pressuring him that someone is waiting for him.

I apologised Mike and told him that I won't be able to join them today.

I went to the parking lot and quickly went to the road where Win was standing.

I went to him and said "Come in!"

"But-"

"Please come! I will drop you to the restaurant."

Why would he travel in a cab when his own personal driver is here.

It took Win a minute to decide and sit on the passenger's seat.

He said, "I was about to call a cab but I noticed that my phone was switched off. I was not in a position to charge it last night you know." He said while scratching the back of his head with a smile.

"But I told you that I will give you the ride." Seeing him not replying I took courage and asked "Do I make you feel uncomfortable Win?"

WIN'S POV

"Uncomfortable? Ofcourse Not! It's just I have caused you a lot of trouble since I met you and I don't want to cause you trouble anymore!"

Uncomfort? I don't know why but when I am with Bright I feel a different level of comfort. A type of assurance that someone is by my side which eases my mind.

I felt bad for making him think that he makes me uncomfortable. Bright has helped me so many times since he has met me. He helped me at the night of reunion. He offered me a job and even hired me at a position higher than my previous one, he helped me twice when I was drunk and listened to all my tantrums. He didn't complain even once about how I caused him so much trouble.

"What are you thinking" Bright asked which made me come out of my thoughts.

"Eh! It's nothing..I just wanted to thank you." I said.

"Thankyou? But why?" He asked.

"As if you don't know! You have helped me so much recently that I dont know if I could ever pay you back" I smiled.

"You don't have to pay me back anything Win. I'm glad that I could help!" He said with a smile.

A beautiful smile

We were talking when my stomach growled loudly demanded to be filled which made me embarrass...Again.

I lowered my head in embarrassment.

"Are you hungry?" Bright asked.

"Eh yeah..I guess! I will have something once I get back home." I laughed.

"When I got water from your refrigerator. I could not see much stuff? Do you need to get some grocery first?"

"I am too tired to go shopping right now! I will just have some instant noodles." I said.

"Eh..Do you want to have dinner in the restaurant where your car is parked?" He asked with a pinch of nervousness in his voice.

I nodded after thinking for a while.

I am not in a state to cook at home and I actually don't want to have something like instant noodles.

He parked the car at the parking lot and we made our way to the restaurant.

We sat on the table beside the glass window.

A waiter came and asked, "What would you like to have sir?"

He looked at me and I said, "I'll have salad with grilled tofu" I said.

"Likewise" He said to the waiter with a smile.

We were talking when I saw two people entering in the restaurant. They were Mike and Gunsmile.

I'm so sorry for missing last week's update.
